The episode opens with Rohit and Ruhi in a heated argument. He tells her that she is bringing her fears to life. She agrees, admitting, “Yes, you’re right; I’m really bad.” He calms her down and leaves. Ruhi thinks to herself that Abhira’s baby won’t receive anything if she doesn’t. Abhira overhears this and becomes upset, scolding Ruhi. Ruhi retorts, saying, “I have longed for my mom because of your mom; you will long for your baby.” Abhira yells at Ruhi, raising her hand in frustration but then stopping. Ruhi takes some prasad and eats it. Armaan asks Abhira if she gave prasad to Ruhi and reflects on how they are returning home, remarking that this is a memorable time in their lives. Five months later, Abhira and Armaan are excited to see their new room. Dadi announces that their new room is ready and suggests they cut the ribbon. Abhira imagines Ruhi and her children fighting over a toy. Armaan asks if she is alright. Abhira, looking around, assures him she is fine and suggests they cut the ribbon together. She does so, and Vidya brings old clothes for Ruhi, explaining that they dress the baby in elders’ old clothes for auspiciousness, implying that new clothes would bring bad luck. Ruhi responds, “Really? Then give all the clothes to me.” Vidya clarifies that the clothes are for Armaan and Abhira’s kids. Sanjay mentions Charu, who then leaves. Armaan and Abhira enjoy their new room, chatting with family. Charu tells Abhira not to worry about work, and Abhira expresses her desire for Charu to take over the firm so Armaan can spend more time with her and their baby. Rohit and Charu head off to work. Armaan notes that Charu seems anxious about going out. Abhira reassures him, saying she believes Charu will overcome her fear. Dadi acknowledges Vidya’s arrival, mentioning she brought new clothes for the baby. Vidya reiterates that newborns wear old clothes. In a fit of anger, Ruhi throws the clothes and claims Vidya is sharing her baby’s love with Abhira’s child. Rohit picks up the clothes and tells Ruhi that her hatred for Abhira’s baby is overshadowing her love for their child. He encourages her to focus on their happiness.

Manoj mentions sending money for Godh bharai, instructing Manisha to buy a nice necklace. She insists on sending 15 lakhs more, needing to purchase two necklaces for both bahus. When he seems stressed about finances, she advises him not to take on too much work. He brushes it off, checks his account, and grows worried, turning to alcohol and contemplating taking money from their children’s education savings. Dadi shows Abhira the walk-in closet, and they hide as Vidya enters the room to change the clothes. Abhira notes that Vidya is making an effort and her anger seems to be lessening. She places a hand on her tummy, asking her baby if everything is okay.

Armaan encourages Vidya not to do anything if she feels ashamed. Abhira reassures him that it’s fine. Armaan insists that she has worked hard to make Vidya understand. Dadi points out that Abhira’s pregnancy has complications and suggests that Vidya should let go of her ego. Vidya claims she has always blessed the baby, and Dadi urges her to complete the rasam. Abhira and Ruhi sit for the Godh bharai rasam, with Vidya washing Ruhi’s feet. Kajal comments that Abhira is the elder bahu, but Vidya insists that since Ruhi is nine months pregnant and Abhira is seven months along, Ruhi will go first. Abhira worries about her baby’s safety. Swarna and Surekha prepare the shagun for Abhira and Ruhi. Manish, while working out, jokes about building his physique to lift both babies at once, expressing that both will receive his equal love. They share smiles. Vidya notices Abhira getting up and urges her to sit.

Abhira participates in the rasam and receives blessings from Vidya. Ruhi holds Abhira’s hand as she feels her baby move. Overcome with anxiety, Abhira calls Armaan, saying, “I’m scared; I can’t feel the baby. Please come home quickly.”
