The episode begins with Abhira teasing Ruhi, declaring that her baby will be the heir and no one will care for Ruhi and her child, leaving her all alone. Distressed, Ruhi cries in her sleep, saying that this won’t happen. Rohit awakens her, and she looks around, sobbing. He comforts her, and she finds solace in his embrace. Meanwhile, Armaan searches for Abhira and calls her. Abhira, who is with Dadi, answers and mentions she will return in five minutes after visiting Dadi. Dadi wakes up and notices Abhira, joking about the balloons. Abhira reciprocates the humor, apologizing for disturbing her and commenting on how well Dadi handled Neeraj. Dadi takes the balloons, saying she forgives Abhira and advises her to rest since she needs to take care of herself. Abhira admits to feeling nauseous and dizzy. Dadi expresses concern, asking if Abhira has spoken to the doctor. Abhira hugs her, reassuring her that she will discuss her issues with the doctor. Dadi insists she should go now, and Abhira leaves.
Vidya performs aarti, and Abhira takes prasad for Armaan before heading to the outhouse. The doctor meets her, stating that while her reports are normal, both she and her baby are at risk, urging her to take extra care and follow her medication schedule. She hands the prasad to Armaan, who remarks that it tastes like Vidya made it, teasing her about stealing it. Abhira clarifies that she informed Vidya. The doctor provides Armaan with a prescription and a diet chart, asking if he has any questions. Armaan inquires if the doctor can recommend bed rest for Abhira, to which she replies that walking would be better. He also asks about minimizing her phone usage due to radiation concerns. Dadi announces that they must return home today, revealing plans to create a new room for Armaan and Abhira. Sanjay notes how affectionate Maasa is towards them. Dadi reassures him that Vidya has no issues since she will soon become a grandmother to two babies, as Abhira is set to give the family an heir. Madhav expresses his happiness about Abhira’s return. Kajal embraces Abhira, and Manisha wards off any negative energy. She thanks the dancers and pays them for their performance. Armaan advises Abhira not to worry and to focus on the baby.
