The episode begins with Abhira taunting Ruhi. She boasts that her baby will become the heir, claiming no one will love Ruhi and her baby, leaving them alone. Ruhi, crying in her sleep, murmurs that this won’t happen. Rohit wakes her and, upon seeing her distress, she hugs him for comfort. He reassures her, and she starts to feel better. Meanwhile, Armaan searches for Abhira and calls her. She is with Dadi and answers, saying she’s with Dadi but will return in five minutes. Dadi wakes up, noticing Abhira, and makes a lighthearted comment about the balloons. Abhira responds jokingly, apologizing for bothering Dadi and for her words the day before, complimenting her for silencing Neeraj so effectively. Dadi takes the balloons, says she forgives her, and tells her to rest since she needs to take care of herself. Abhira agrees but mentions feeling nausea and dizziness. Dadi asks if she spoke to the doctor, expressing her worries. Abhira hugs her, saying she’s lovely and plans to discuss her symptoms with the doctor. Dadi encourages her to leave now, and Abhira exits. Vidya performs aarti as Abhira returns to take prasad for Armaan. She heads to the outhouse where the doctor is waiting. The doctor informs her that while the reports are normal, both she and the baby are at risk, and she must take care and adhere to her medications. Abhira hands the prasad to Armaan, who notes it tastes like it was made by Vidya and jokingly asks if she stole it. Abhira clarifies she simply told Vidya. The doctor gives Armaan the prescription and diet chart, asking if he has questions. He inquires about bed rest for Abhira, to which the doctor replies it’s better for her to walk. He also asks about reducing phone use due to radiation. The doctor assures him that it’s fine, but Armaan continues with unusual questions. Abhira, feeling overwhelmed, holds her head.
Ruhi, feeling hungry, waits for Rohit to bring her food. Rohit notices Armaan still questioning the doctor and chuckles. Armaan insists on one last question before the doctor departs. Abhira interjects, telling Armaan to stop and asks Rohit if she can grab a sandwich since she’s feeling peckish. Rohit agrees. She thanks him and heads for a sandwich, while Ruhi observes from a distance. Abhira and Armaan leave, prompting Rohit to say he was heading to Ruhi. She accuses him of lying and claims he gave her breakfast to Abhira. He reassures her it was just one piece. Ruhi, feeling neglected, walks away. The sound of music draws everyone’s attention, and they rush to see the commotion. A group of ladies arrives at the door, dancing. Abhira and Armaan appear puzzled at the scene. Dadi shouts for them to stop as the song “Kesariya” plays. Dadi performs their aarti with a plate of offerings. Krish, Charu, and others come to shower them with flowers. Dadi announces that Abhira and Armaan must return home today. She reveals plans to create a new room for them. Sanjay thinks Maasa is showering them with too much affection. Armaan expresses gratitude but mentions that Vidya might be uncomfortable with the arrangements. Dadi reassures him that Vidya has no issues since she will soon become a Dadi of two babies, as Abhira is expected to bring an heir to the family. Madhav expresses his happiness about Abhira’s return. Kajal hugs Abhira, while Manisha wards off any negativity. She thanks the dancers and gives them payment. Armaan encourages Abhira not to stress and to focus on the baby. Sanjay tells Kajal to pack his bags, and Krish teasingly suggests he do it himself, leading to some banter. Meanwhile, Ruhi wonders what she can eat, feeling hungry and dissatisfied with the festivities. Vidya enters with chocolate oats, hoping Ruhi will enjoy it. Ruhi thanks her and gives her a hug.
Feeling guilty, she apologizes for not appreciating Vidya’s care. As Abhira approaches, Vidya quickly turns away. Abhira brings out wool balls and asks Vidya to knit a sweater for her baby. Armaan watches them. Vidya hesitates, but Abhira insists that she can make it whenever she has time, knowing how much Vidya cares for the baby. Abhira leaves happily.
Ruhi, lost in thought, appears saddened. Abhira receives messages from Armaan. She drinks some water and heads to find him. A lady stops her, saying he asked her not to let anyone in. Abhira questions who is with him and what’s happening, but the lady apologizes, stating she can’t share any details.
