Sanjay retorts that Maasa didn’t consult them before making this decision and questions why she would offer a job to Abhira after confronting Vidya.
Manish instructs the servants to do a thorough dusting. Swarna inquires why they are preparing Ruhi’s room. Manish explains that Ruhi is coming home, and he plans to invite Abhira and Ruhi for pagphere. Swarna agrees. Manish states they will go to the Poddar house to bring the girls back. Surekha approves of the idea. Ruhi knocks on Abhira’s door, bringing her some delicious kheer and urging her to eat. Abhira asks why Ruhi is being so sweet and what she wants. Ruhi expresses her desire for Abhira to accept the job offer, reminding her that her mom was a doctor and that she’s pursuing jewelry design, which was her mother’s dream.
Abhira responds that she never asked for Ruhi’s advice. Meanwhile, Manish stumbles at the door and drops the shagun. Swarna asks if he is okay, and he mentions it’s a bad omen. She suggests he forget about it, but he feels something is off with his daughters. Surekha tells him to call them, prompting Manish to reach out to Abhira and Ruhi. He asks if everything is alright.
