The episode starts with Dadi and Sanjay requesting the manager to move their dining table away from the Goenkas’. The manager agrees. Both families sit down. Abhir hands a mosquito repellent spray bottle to Charu and messages her to use it. Armaan mentions that he spoke to Abhira, and she said she’ll think about their relationship. Dadi asks if he convinced her to come. He replies affirmatively, saying he had to figure out a way to make her agree within 8 days. Just then, Abhira enters, showing off her new haircut. Manish compliments her, saying she looks beautiful as always. Abhira replies that they should forget the old Abhira; she won’t return. Armaan says that both versions of Abhira are an inspiration to him, and she inspired him to become a new Armaan. He suggests they make a fresh start. He hands her a rose, and the curtains fall as they are separated.

Manish and Abhir start arguing. Abhira asks them to stop fighting. Everyone overhears. Kiara praises Abhir, saying he is thoughtful and cares a lot for his fans. Charu comments she wishes he cared for Manish. Abhira goes to meet Sira, and Kiara excitedly asks if Sira is coming. She says Krish and Sira like each other. He responds that Sira is a nice girl. Kiara says they are not bad and only want Abhira and Armaan to reconcile. She adds that Ruhi is happy with Rohit. He rushes off. Surekha comments that things need to improve between Manish and Abhir, and Abhira is concerned too. Armaan promises to do whatever it takes for her sake. Surekha then says she wishes Abhir were as cute as he was in his childhood. He suggests reviving their old memories. She says there’s just one thing to do.

Manish and Sanjay argue again. Armaan suggests that they all play a football match tomorrow morning and sleep early tonight. Manish refuses to play with Armaan’s family. Dadi jokes that they shouldn’t play, as their bones are too weak for it. Manish makes a comment about her age, and she challenges him. He agrees to play. Abhira and Armaan exchange glances, and she tells him not to provoke things further. She reminds him that Manish has a heart condition. They argue briefly. A girl smiles at Armaan, and Manisha notes that Abhira is Armaan’s ex-wife and that he’s single now. Krish and Rohit suggest she try to woo Armaan. The girl flirts with him, and Abhira gets upset, walking away. Armaan explains that his wife is upset with him, but he is trying to win her back. She asks him why he is complicating things. Madhav and Manoj say they were just trying to help, but Armaan tells them not to get involved.

Abhir and Ruhi laugh. Abhira asks why they’re laughing, and Abhir says they’re scaring people over the phone. Ruhi invites her to join, and Abhira laughs while trying to ward off bad energy. Abhir smiles, saying he hasn’t laughed in a long time. Abhira urges him to try being happy with Manish, but he replies that they can’t forget the past. Krish accidentally bumps into Sira, who walks away. Abhir says he doesn’t want to play football. He recalls childhood memories. Abhira asks how they will win, and Abhir says he doesn’t care. He leaves. Manish assures they will manage. Sira reveals that Abhir gets upset when he sees football because it brings back memories of his parents, Abhinav and Akshara, cheering for him. Abhira starts crying. Armaan observes them. Surekha gestures at him. Abhir and Charu get into an argument, with him saying he likes her. Vidya overhears and yells at Charu, warning her not to talk to Abhir, but doesn’t mention anything to Sanjay.

Manisha complains that her phone battery is low. Manoj offers to help her. Armaan speaks with Surekha. Abhira receives a call and rushes off. Manish wonders where she went, and Surekha suggests she might have gone to get some water. Manish says he’ll ask the hotel staff to join them for the match. Ruhi and Sira join the Goenkas, and Krish wonders why Sira is upset with him. Sanjay notices Krish’s reaction. Ruhi apologizes to Dadisa, saying her family needs her today. Dadi and Manish continue their challenge. Armaan tells them to focus on the game. Dadi sprains her foot, and everyone rushes to help her. Manish remarks that self-confidence is good, but an egoistic person has to face consequences. He reminds Dadi that she commented on his fitness, and now she’s unable to stand. Dadi says they’ll win anyway, and it’s Armaan’s responsibility now.
