The episode begins with Abhira saying, “Now fake a smile, no one knows about it, except me.” She recalls seeing a balloon with the name “Ashubh” written on it. “Ruhi, I will confront you today, but BSP’s special day will not be ruined, I won’t let it happen,” she says, and calls the party planners. The flashback ends. Abhira asks Ruhi to come with her for a private talk. She takes Ruhi aside and says, “I had a feeling you would do something wrong. You wanted to name the baby Ashubh.” Ruhi responds, “I think you misunderstood.” Abhira scolds her. “The baby is so innocent, hugging his teddy to sleep. How could you think of doing such a horrible thing to my baby?” Ruhi asks her to stop. They argue. Abhira warns her. Just then, the nurse comes and says, “Your baby, really?” Rohit enters and says, “That baby is adorable. I’ll take care of your payment.” He asks Abhira and Ruhi to go inside. The nurse demands 25 lakhs. Rohit sends 50 lakhs to her account and says, “Get out, don’t come back.” She thanks him, mentioning she’ll reach out if she needs more, and says they’ll meet again. She bumps into a servant, who wraps her in a curtain and sends her away. “Don’t come here again, we’ll meet outside if needed,” he says, putting her in the car. Ruhi watches, feeling emotional. Swarna arrives, and Ruhi says, “Rohit is having an affair with someone.” Swarna is surprised. Ruhi explains she saw him leave with a girl. Swarna suggests he has lost his baby and needs some time. Ruhi grows worried. Swarna reassures her not to think too much.

Manish says Ruhi picked a good name, but BSP is a good one too, and hands over a gift. Abhira thanks him and says she is just a bit tired. She checks the gift and asks, “Whose blood is this?” Manish recalls the man. Abhira asks if he’s hurt. He says no, and he’ll get it changed. She insists, “No chance, I’ll keep it and clean it.”

Armaan says they are going to thank Ruhi for the lovely name. Abhira quickly responds, “You’re not taking the baby to Ruhi.” Armaan asks why. She tells him, “She wanted to name the baby Ashubh, which is awful. She was pretending to be happy about it.” Armaan is shocked. “She was happy to give him that horrible name? She’ll take advantage of your kindness.” He says he’ll talk to Rohit to get to the bottom of it. Abhira firmly responds, “BSP is our baby, not Ruhi’s.” The baby cries. Armaan tries to calm him, but Abhira says, “He’s crying because you’re arguing with me. It’s our mistake.” Vidya arrives and says the baby has stomach pain from formula milk and that she brought Ajwain water for him. Abhira says he’s suffocating, and she’ll take him outside.

Ruhi ponders, “Who was that girl?” She checks Rohit’s phone, noting he deleted the chat, and calls the number. Rohit enters and asks for his phone. She hands it over, and he thanks her. Ruhi questions, “Are you hiding something from me?” He denies it.

Sira calls Krish and talks to him. “I came to meet you,” she says. He responds, “Sorry, I feel a connection with you.” Abhira overhears and says, “Looks like Krish’s love story has begun.” Krish responds, “I’ll meet you tomorrow.” Abhira says, “We didn’t hear anything.” Charu enters and mentions Jyoti, who had come for the custody case and asked if she would take her case. “Sorry, I can’t handle it,” Charu adds. Abhira tells Charu not to worry and that she’ll talk to Jyoti. She talks to Jyoti, who pleads, “Please help me get custody of my child. Charu doesn’t understand. You’re a mother; you’ll understand.” Abhira assures her that the best lawyer will win the case. Jyoti insists, “No, I’m sure you’ll fight for my child as a mom.” Abhira agrees to help and says she’ll come tomorrow. Charu expresses concern, but Abhira explains that she will only be gone for a few hours. Dadi interrupts, saying, “You can’t leave until the baby is a year old. He’s premature. There are already problems, and if you leave now, new ones could come up.”

Jyoti arrives to meet Abhira, pleading for her help. Abhira says, “I’m sorry, I can’t help right now.” Jyoti curses her, and Abhira wakes up with a start. She looks at the baby and holds him. Dadi and everyone talk, while Ruhi serves them tea. Sanjay comments, “I liked the name Ruhi chose.” Rohit thanks Armaan, saying, “Ruhi is getting closer to the baby.” Abhira gets ready for work and comes downstairs, saying, “The client is waiting.” Vidya reminds her, “What about the baby? He’ll wait for you.”
