The episode begins with Abhira waking up. She wonders if Armaan might have brought her here. Finding his note and breakfast, she remarks on how upset he seems with her yet still did this, calling him cute. Noticing her phone is off, she decides to look for Armaan. Ruhi informs her that Armaan left for the office with Sanjay and asks if she didn’t know. Abhira feels emotional and cries, prompting Ruhi to ask what’s wrong. Abhira expresses uncertainty about her feelings and decides to visit Dadi. Ruhi mentions that Dadi is asleep from their late-night gossip. Abhira reflects that she doesn’t want to fight and aims to be a good younger sister. Feeling hungry, Abhira hesitates, and when Ruhi encourages her to eat, she suddenly feels nauseous and runs off.
She attempts to walk slowly to ease her discomfort. Ruhi wonders if Abhira might be pregnant. Meanwhile, Armaan thinks about Abhira. The manager arrives to discuss an upcoming client meeting, to which Armaan responds affirmatively, asking for the restaurant address before leaving. Abhira receives a call from Atul, who informs her that he told Armaan about the meeting, and he has left. Thankful, she considers sharing this news with Dadi. Dadi, however, struggles to recall what Abhira mentioned the previous day.
As Abhira enters the café area, a football comes towards her, hitting her and causing her to drop her phone. She encourages the girls to play in the park, expressing concern that her baby might be hurt. The girls congratulate her and wish her luck before leaving. Entering the restaurant, Abhira talks to the manager, admiring the cake and display screen, declaring it perfect as she waits for Armaan. Feeling dizzy and hungry, she is handed her phone by the girls, who ask Armaan to give it to her. Armaan thinks it’s Abhira’s phone and refrains from checking it. Abhira, feeling faint, exclaims that Armaan has arrived. Armaan speaks to the manager about the girls returning the phone and asks if Mr. Manchandani has arrived. Just then, Abhira faints. A woman nearby, identifying herself as a doctor, steps in to help.
Armaan rushes over, shouting Abhira’s name and asking the doctor what happened. She informs him that she is pregnant, questioning if he didn’t know. Meanwhile, Charu is browsing through some dresses while Krish makes jokes at her expense. Sanjay and Kajal enter, and Sanjay acknowledges that they may have complaints about him, but insists that he always wants what’s best for them. Krish suggests Sanjay manage his anger, and Sanjay notes that changes are on the way, as he and Charu have an interest in Neeraj. He turns to Charu, asking if she is happy, to which she enthusiastically replies. He presents her with a bracelet, which she loves, and thanks him with a hug. Krish playfully teaches Sanjay how to hug. Sanjay expresses confidence that Neeraj will support Charu in her career, wanting to ensure his family doesn’t suffer in his absence. Charu affirms their love for him, and they share a group hug.
Meanwhile, Armaan finds Abhira’s phone, and onlookers tease him. The doctor reiterates that he should have known about Abhira’s pregnancy. Armaan insists that she never informed him. Back at home, Dadi and Ruhi engage in a game of chess, with Ruhi inquiring about Abhira. Dadi wonders why she’s asking. The lady attending to Abhira advises Armaan to take responsibility, as it’s her first trimester. Abhira regains consciousness, and the doctor encourages her to eat. Abhira insists she is fine and asks for some time alone, thanking the doctor before going to play the message. Armaan exits.
