The episode begins with Manish asking how the window broke. He picks up a stone and notices someone standing at the gate. The person leaves. Manish wonders who they are and what grudge they have. Abhira calls him via video and asks for suggestions on what name to give the baby. Manish says he has an idea. She asks how the glass broke, and he explains that he was changing the curtain when the rod slipped, causing the glass to break. He suggests they name the baby BSP with an A, as all their names start with A. She mentions that she doesn’t have a brother. He remembers Abhira and says they need to name the baby together. She asks him to be on time for the Naamkaran ceremony. She ends the call. Armaan approaches Abhira and says he needs to talk to her about Ruhi. Manish looks at Akshu’s picture and says he doesn’t want to tell Abhira about Abhir. He apologizes to Akshu. Armaan suggests Ruhi should choose the baby’s name. Abhira disagrees, saying Ruhi has no interest in the baby, and they shouldn’t force her. She doesn’t want Ruhi to say anything wrong, leading people to blame her. Armaan pushes her to keep trying, reminding her that Ruhi is the baby’s aunt. He insists they should ask her one more time. Abhira says she doesn’t want to talk to Ruhi.

Ruhi is searching for her phone. She uses Rohit’s phone to call her number. Rohit snatches the phone away, looking anxious about a nurse’s message. He then finds Ruhi’s phone. She questions why he looked scared. Armaan enters and says that he and Abhira want Ruhi and Rohit to choose the baby’s name. Vidya is surprised, asking what happened to Armaan. Dadi comments that Ruhi doesn’t want to take care of the baby. Abhira explains that Ruhi is upset and Armaan knows how she will react. Despite that, he still asked her. Rohit thanks them and agrees to think of a name for BSP. Armaan insists Ruhi should choose the name. Ruhi agrees, claiming she is both the baby’s Maasi and Chachi. Armaan is shocked, and she reassures him. Ruhi says she wants to take responsibility but warns him to promise not to change the name once she chooses it. Armaan agrees. Dadi says that if Ruhi misbehaves during the Naamkaran, she’ll handle it. Armaan assures them the function will go well.

Ruhi decides on a name that she says will haunt them forever. She orders 1000 balloons with the name “Ashubh.” The party planner hesitates, saying no one uses such a name, but Ruhi insists. The planner agrees to deliver them. Ruhi confirms that the baby’s name will be Ashubh.

Vidya is changing the baby’s clothes when Abhira mentions they got these clothes for the special occasion. Vidya suggests they keep them for next time. Armaan asks Charu and Kiara to get the flowers. Kiara complains about the concert tickets, asking Armaan to help her. Charu tells her to ask Armaan. Kiara approaches him, praising him. She says she just wants his love and blessings. The guy is at the jewelry store. Manish, Swarna, and Surekha are there to pick up their order. The guy becomes angry when he sees them. Surekha notices him, and Manish and Swarna also spot him. In a fit of rage, the guy breaks the glass. He pays for the damage. Swarna urges Manish to leave, and they take their parcel. The guy checks his package, and the jeweler apologizes, saying it was mistakenly sent to Goenka Sir. The guy says it’s fine, claiming that the universe always sends things to the right place. Armaan says the guy misbehaved with them, so they don’t need to attend his concert. Vidya says she’ll apply kajal to the baby. Abhira advises her to only apply a small tika with blessings. Vidya jokingly says she thought Abhira would want more kajal. Dadi says it’s her turn, and she adds a small tika. They all laugh, and Vidya takes the baby away. Dadi tells Abhira that everyone in a joint family loves the baby, and she should give them time. She leaves. Rohit is about to tell Armaan about the nurse’s message but gets a call. Armaan talks about decorating the house for the function. Rohit checks the nurse’s message, which says, “Meet me today, or it will be costly for you.” He replies, “Don’t threaten me, give me a day’s time.” Rohit stumbles on the stairs, and his phone falls. Ruhi finds it and asks how it ended up there. Rohit quickly picks it up, and she notices a huge credit card bill. He gets nervous but takes the phone from her, saying he was just checking the statement. The servant announces the arrival of the balloon delivery. Ruhi instructs the man to set the balloons in the upstairs hall. Armaan arrives and asks about the baby’s name. Ruhi asks him to let it be a surprise. Abhira grows suspicious of Ruhi.
