Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 15th September 2024 Written Update
The episode starts with Armaan scolding Abhira for not taking care of herself. Abhira tells him to stop and reminds him of the hectic day organizing their last-minute sangeet. He softens and apologizes, realizing that he forgot to feed her. He says, “I’m sorry, it’s my fault. You’re my life, please take care.” Abhira smiles and asks him about a box he’s holding. Armaan says she’ll find out later. She notices a pair of baby socks and teases him for ordering them. He quickly clarifies, “I didn’t order these, I’m not pressuring you about a baby.” She finds the socks cute, and they laugh.
Abhira then shares her thoughts, saying, “I know we planned to wait two years for a baby, but sometimes life doesn’t go as planned. If a baby comes earlier, we’ll accept it. Family is everything, and we’ll figure things out together.” Armaan smiles and agrees. He hugs her and says he has a surprise for her the next day.
The next morning, Armaan takes Abhira to a place decorated with toys, clothes, and balloons. He tells her it’s a spot he used to visit with his dad as a child. “These are my childhood things. I’m really happy you’re okay with the idea of a baby,” he says, excitedly. Abhira reassures him, though still a bit unsure. They start painting together and create a picture of their future family. Armaan leaves to fetch something and returns with his old clothes. He shares a memory of when he dressed up as Radha for a school performance. He jokes, “If we have a daughter, we’ll dress her in this and not tell her it was mine.”
As they’re about to leave, it starts raining, and the painting they made gets ruined. They rush back to prepare for the mehendi function. At the function, everyone is enjoying the dance and festive atmosphere. Vidya is on a phone call, worried about some reports being sent home. The servant receives the reports, but they are momentarily forgotten as Sanjay asks him to clean a mess.
Manisha asks Ruhi to help grind the mehendi, but Manish intervenes, saying Ruhi shouldn’t have to do it. Surekha brings in the mehendi, and Manish proudly presents the mehendi from Abhira’s Maayka. Manisha thanks him, and when asked about Swarna, he says she’s resting. Meanwhile, Vidya is still concerned about the reports, but Krish brushes it off, saying they’ll figure it out.
As Abhira gets her mehendi applied, Armaan sits nearby, staring lovingly at her. Everyone insists he join a game, but he hesitates, saying it’s his wedding and he just wants to enjoy the moment with Abhira. Abhira encourages him to play, and he reluctantly agrees. The game involves finding her anklet hidden in a bowl of mehendi without using his hands. Kiara explains the rules, and Armaan, though confused, gives it a try.
While this is happening, Vidya asks Abhira about her blood reports, but Abhira reassures her that she’s fine. “Nothing can happen to me,” she says confidently. Meanwhile, Ruhi, upset, accidentally drops Abhira’s report. Manish steps on the envelope unknowingly and walks away. Armaan, determined to win the game, finds the anklet using his foot, and everyone cheers as he successfully pulls it out. Krish comments, “Armaan’s love for Abhira is true.” Aryan then encourages Armaan to dance, and he happily agrees, joining the celebration.
