Meanwhile, Meera visits Kashvi at her office. She mentions that while she’s been teaching Karun many things, she finds it challenging to get him to sleep, as he stays up late. Kashvi smiles and advises her that although it’s tough, Karun will eventually fall asleep after listening to a lullaby. Meera, feeling her baby kick, excitedly tells Kashvi that her baby seems to approve and remarks that the baby is as mischievous as his father. Kashvi feels a twinge of sadness at this.
Elsewhere, Pradyuman professes his love to Neelam, asking if she loves him too. Neelam opens her eyes and replies that she does love him. Pradyuman reveals that Arjun initially thought he had killed Neelam, and the two embrace. Neelam reminisces about the day Pradyuman got her discharged from the hospital, marking a new beginning in her life, as everyone believed she was dead.
A flashback shows the doctor informing them that Neelam couldn’t conceive due to the effects of malaria. Devastated, Neelam had cried out, lamenting the loss of their potential child. Back in the present, Pradyuman recalls the day Kashvi came to catch Devraj, realizing that destiny had brought her into their lives, especially since she was pregnant. He recalls seeing her at the gynecology clinic and strategically booking the same hotel room where she had come to catch Devraj. Neelam reveals that Kashvi has no idea that Pradyuman entered her life with the intention of taking her baby. Pradyuman sinisterly declares that they will take care of Kashvi for six months, after which the baby will be theirs, and poor Kashvi will lose her child for the second time. Neelam laughs and asks what they will do about Arjun, who has been spying on them. Pradyuman assures her that he will handle Arjun.
Arjun, desperate for help, turns to Mahima and tells her that he needs her assistance. Mahima, skeptical, questions whether he really expects her to help him. Arjun insists that she has no choice but to agree.
Later, Raunaq Sir enjoys the biryani Kashvi has made, joking with others that he will finish it all. Mahima arrives, informing Mahinder that the roof of their house collapsed, injuring her in the process, and that she can no longer stay there. She glances at Arjun, recalling their earlier conversation where Arjun told her that there was a dead body in Pradyuman’s haveli basement. He explained that Pradyuman is a dangerous man who doesn’t want him and Kashvi to be together. Mahima had urged Arjun to admit that he loves Kashvi, but he brushed her off, reminding her that he had helped her many times and now it was her turn to help him. He instructed her to enter the haveli, make way for him, and then call him so they could expose Pradyuman to the police. Mahima, though scared, had asked if Arjun was certain he saw a dead body, to which he confirmed.
In the present, Mahima recounts to Mahinder that she hired laborers to fix the roof but now has nowhere to stay. When Mahinder suggests they move to a hotel, Mahima proposes staying at her sister Kashvi’s house. Mahinder is hesitant about imposing, but Kashvi assures him that he is always welcome at her house, which belongs to her family.
Mahima sneaks into the basement, searching for the dead body. Frightened, she looks everywhere but finds nothing. She quickly calls Arjun, informing him that she couldn’t find any dead body. Arjun, puzzled, wonders where Pradyuman could have hidden it, as he had been keeping a close watch and hadn’t noticed any suspicious activity.
Meanwhile, Meera successfully puts Karun to sleep with a lullaby and then goes to see Arjun. Arjun confides in Meera that Pradyuman has discovered the truth about their marriage and is blackmailing him. Meera is shocked, but before he reveals more, Arjun stops himself, realizing that Meera is still unaware of the full extent of the situation.
