Udne Ki Aasha 9th October 2024 Written Update
The episode opens with Kapoor and other men accusing Sachin of stealing a mobile phone. Sachin defends himself, saying, “You think I stole it? No, I don’t need to steal.” One of the men finds the phone and returns it to Kapoor, pointing out that he had left it at the badminton court. The men reprimand Kapoor for blaming Sachin. However, Sachin intervenes, stating, “You all accused me; when I said I work sincerely, you thought it was wrong. I feel helpless working here; I’m not a thief.” The men tell him not to take it personally. Sachin responds, “You rich people never apologize.” Sayali, who has been listening, tears up. One of the men reassures Sachin, saying, “Don’t feel bad; everyone faces tough times, but remember, it will get better, and your luck will change.”
Sayali, unable to bear Sachin’s humiliation, decides to reclaim his car. She goes to see the money lender, introducing herself as Sachin’s wife and requesting a moment of his time. As she waits, she urges Paresh over the phone to eat and take his medicine on time. Paresh reassures her, saying, “Don’t worry, just finish your work and come home.” Meanwhile, a lizard falls into the daal. When Sayali finally meets the money lender, he dismisses her, saying he has no intention of talking. She pleads with him to return the car, but he coldly replies, “It’s good to hear this, but just leave.” The lady beside him advises Sayali to stop begging, reminding her that her husband has previously harmed him, which complicates the situation. Sayali agrees to return the next day to speak with him at his house and thanks the lady before leaving.
Back at home, Paresh is about to eat when the doorbell rings. He opens the door to find Sachin, who asks if he has eaten. Paresh replies he was just about to, but Sayali has gone out. Sachin inquires about Renu’s whereabouts, and Paresh explains that she and Shakku went shopping. Sachin insists on taking the food for Paresh, but when he sees the lizard in the daal, he quickly stops Paresh from eating. “You haven’t eaten anything, right?” Sachin asks, and when Paresh confirms he hasn’t, Sachin tosses the food away, saying, “Bappa saved you from this.”
Concerned, Paresh asks why Sachin is upset. Sachin reveals that a lizard was in the food. When he shows Paresh, he is shocked and asks how it happened. Renu and Shakku return home and mention that Akash is coming over. Sachin questions Renu about leaving Paresh alone, and she inquires if he is alright. Paresh assures them that everything is fine. Renu notices the mess and questions Sachin about it. He explains, “It’s good he didn’t eat it; there was a lizard in the food.” Renu gasps, asking if he had eaten. Paresh confirms he hadn’t. Renu then tells Sachin to ask Sayali about the incident, asserting that she should have covered the pot. Sayali enters and asks Paresh if he has eaten. Renu accuses her of making non-veg kadi. Confused, Sayali asks for clarification, while Renu scolds her for not properly covering the food. Sachin then confronts Sayali, showing her the lizard in the dish, leaving her in shock.
