Udne Ki Aasha 6th October 2024 Written Update

The episode starts with Dilip saying he’s doing a part-time job and assures that he will get the money to her home. She advises him to focus on his studies and not worry about the job, saying she will manage things. She then prays for Sachin. Dilip leaves, and Sachin is on the way when a man, Dheeraj, stops him and asks for help. He says he needs someone to work as a security guard. Sachin offers to help him find someone. Dheeraj explains that the person will have to wash the cars in the society and do petty work for the families, earning 40,000 rupees a month. Sachin surprises him by saying, “I’ll do this work.” The man asks why. Sachin explains that he had to sell his taxi due to a family emergency and now needs work. The man asks if he’s sure. Sachin confidently says, “No work is too small or big, I’ll do it sincerely.” Dheeraj agrees and takes him along.

Meanwhile, Dilip thanks Chitti for lending him money. Chitti hands him the bangles, asking him to keep them safe. Sayali arrives and asks if Dilip got the money. He hands it to her. She asks about the loan interest, to which he responds it’s regular. She then asks for the receipt. Dilip assures her he has it, and she tells him to hold on to it. She adds that she’ll pay for the bangles later and asks him not to mention this at home.

Dheeraj takes Sachin to the apartment complex. Sachin comments on how big the place is. Dheeraj introduces him to the secretary, vouching for Sachin’s trustworthiness. Sachin reassures them that he will do the job well, and Dheeraj tells him to start the next day. However, the secretary asks Sachin to wash a car immediately. Sachin agrees, saying he can do it in 10 minutes. As he cleans the car, he recalls Renu’s words. Once he finishes, the man tells him it’s enough and takes the keys. The secretary praises Sachin’s work and tells him to come on time at 5 a.m. as people leave for work by 8 a.m. Sachin agrees.

The next morning, Sachin is busy working. Dheeraj offers him food, but Sachin declines, saying he’ll eat later and thanks him for giving him this much-needed job. Dheeraj insists he go eat first. Sachin heads to a stall to eat dosa, where he checks the newspaper and reads about a wanted criminal. He mutters to himself that Ranga still hasn’t been caught. Just then, Ranga runs by with the police hot on his trail. Sachin spots Sayali coming and hides his face, thinking if she finds out about his job, she’ll be upset. Suddenly, he notices Ranga running and realizes it’s him. Shots are fired as Ranga stumbles toward the food stall, drawing everyone’s attention, including Sayali’s. Ranga grabs a knife and takes Sayali hostage.

Sachin sees this and shouts in panic, but the inspector holds him back. Sayali calls out for Sachin, and he screams, “She’s my wife, let her go!” Ranga drags Sayali, threatening the police. The inspector pleads with Ranga not to harm her and to surrender. Ranga demands the guard hand over the key. The inspector tries to calm the situation, assuring Ranga that they will handle everything. Sayali tries to plead with Ranga, but he silences her. Sachin and the police rush into the building. Sachin begs the inspector to save his wife, but a constable pushes him back, saying the inspector will handle it. The inspector orders the building to be vacated and stops the elevators. Sachin, desperate, runs inside the building, looking for any way to help.

Ranga, using Sayali as leverage, says she’s his ticket out. He takes her phone from her purse. The building gets evacuated, and Sachin, filled with fear, says, “I love my wife. If anything happens to her, I will never forgive myself.” His phone rings—it’s Sayali. She tells him to look toward the terrace. Sachin is shocked to see her up there and reassures her, “I’m with you, nothing will happen, trust me.” Sayali responds, “I trust you more than myself.” Sachin urges her not to look down. Sayali then informs him that Ranga has demands.

Ranga takes over the call and tells the inspector he needs 10 lakhs in cash and a police jeep to escape. Sachin angrily scolds him, but the inspector agrees to Ranga’s demands. Sachin then asks the guard to help him. The guard points him toward the emergency exit. Sachin quickly thanks him.

Meanwhile, Paresh is watching the news, and Kishor calls him. Paresh pauses to talk, then resumes watching. Renu brings him tea and switches off the TV, distracting him. Back at the scene, Sayali starts feeling dizzy. Sachin rushes to the emergency exit, breaking through the door. The lift isn’t working, so he races up the stairs. Ranga threatens the police again, asking if he should throw Sayali off the terrace. Sachin reaches the terrace and yells at Ranga to stop.

Ranga warns Sachin to stay back. Sachin pleads, “Don’t touch her.” Ranga mocks them. Sachin, recalling Sayali’s trust in him, offers himself in her place, saying, “Take me instead, just leave my wife.” Ranga dismisses Sachin’s request, threatening to throw Sayali off. The inspector arrives and tells Ranga they’ve met his demands, presenting a bag filled with money. Ranga checks the bag, demanding to see the cash. The constable remembers that only one bundle of money is real, and the rest are fake. Sachin takes the opportunity to hit a box at Ranga, pulling Sayali away from him. Sachin fights with Ranga, and Sayali urges him to stop and come with her. Sachin angrily responds, “You wanted to kill my wife! If anything happened to her, my family would’ve been destroyed.” Sayali is touched hearing his words.

Sachin continues beating Ranga until the police pull him back. Ranga grabs the inspector’s gun and aims it at them, but Sayali throws a nearby tire at his hand, causing the gun to fall. The inspector quickly retrieves it and arrests Ranga. Sayali runs to Sachin and hugs him. The song “Hamdard Hai” plays as they smile at each other.
