Udne Ki Aasha 5th November 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Tejas and Akash scolding Sachin. Sachin defends himself and retaliates. Tejas remarks that he acts as if he is the only son of their father, while they also love him; he just shows it differently. Akash agrees, stating that Sachin can’t control his anger, and their dad is in this situation because of him. Sachin, furious, grabs Akash by the collar and threatens, “I will kill you.” Akash pushes him away, insisting he let go. Sachin accuses them of being on the same side, calling them cheaters. Akash urges him to try to understand his point. As everyone gathers for Riya and Akash’s ritual, Paresh mentions that Sachin should be present since he cares for Akash deeply. Tejas retorts that was in the past. Paresh responds that he warned them not to expect the bitterness to vanish overnight; Sachin cannot be kept away from the family. Riya interjects, saying he will only come and act rudely, so it’s better he doesn’t show up. Sayali tries to explain to Riya, while Paresh agrees, stating that Sachin is what keeps the family united. He asks Sayali to go and invite Sachin. Sayali leaves, and Roshni adds that it would be entertaining if Sachin comes. Renu and Roshni suggest starting the rituals. Paresh consents and instructs Sayali to bring Sachin. Sayali finds Sachin and asks him to join them. He questions her, asking why he should come. She tells him that the haldi rasam is happening, and he should bless the couple. He responds that he would rather slap them. She reminds him that Akash fulfilled his duty in their rasam, and he should act as an elder brother by blessing them. He declines, expressing his frustration over being blamed by Tejas and Akash for their father’s heart attack. She urges him to let it go and insists he come.
As Renu and Roshni conduct the haldi rasam, Renu expresses doubt about Sachin’s attendance. Sayali manages to bring Sachin in, and he immediately questions her motives. Renu reveals that she had asked Paresh not to invite him. Sachin expresses his annoyance, stating he was happy working on his car. Paresh asks Sayali to begin the ritual. She performs the haldi rasam, and Renu encourages them to come forward for blessings. Paresh and Renu bless Akash and Riya, and then Paresh tells Akash to seek Tejas’ blessings. Sachin takes the opportunity to taunt Tejas. Paresh then insists that Sachin should bless the couple as well. Sachin brushes it off, saying, “Let it be.”
Riya suggests they should take Sayali’s blessings next. Paresh insists that they need to receive blessings from both Sachin and Sayali together. Akash and Riya approach to get their blessings. After the marriage rituals conclude, Paresh reminds them of their new responsibilities as a family, emphasizing the need for unity and care, adding that they have been forgiven for their past mistakes. Riya responds that she understands but argues that they haven’t done anything wrong.
She explains that they liked each other and tried to inform their families, but their love was not accepted, so they went ahead and married, which she believes is not wrong. This angers Sachin, but Sayali intervenes to calm him down. Paresh then addresses Riya, stating that Joy’s absence at important family gatherings, like Diwali, speaks volumes about his lack of respect, which he sees as an ongoing insult.
