Udne Ki Aasha 31st October 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Sayali recalling Renu asking her to clean the room. Renu questions where Akash and Riya will sleep since there isn’t an extra room available. Sayali asks why this specific room has to be used. Renu scolds her and insists that she should persuade Sachin when he gets home. Sayali agrees. Renu reassures her that it’s only for a few days, and she will discuss it with Paresh to resolve the issue. Sayali concedes. The flashback ends. Sayali remarks that she didn’t decorate the room for them, but for Akash and Riya’s first night. Sachin protests, saying it’s their room. She explains there is no other option in the house. He asks why she went ahead with this plan. She responds that Renu instructed her to do so. In a fit of anger, he storms out and calls for Akash. Tejas and Roshni arrive. Sachin demands Akash come out. Sayali mentions that Akash and Riya are out. Sachin insists he won’t give up his room and calls for Akash again. Renu enters the scene, and Sachin argues with her.
He firmly states he won’t support Akash and Riya. Roshni interjects, saying Renu is just fulfilling her responsibilities. Sachin retorts that he won’t sacrifice his room. Renu counters that they should stay there for a few days, and she’ll arrange something afterward. Sachin refuses to give in. Tejas asks about the problem, and Sachin suggests he give his room to Akash. Tejas points out that the decorations are already set up and expresses his desire to go to bed. Tejas and Roshni leave. Sachin insists that Tejas isn’t helping the situation, claiming he is remaining silent for their father’s sake but will confront him later. Sayali urges him not to go into the room. He insists on getting the carpet and suggests she will end up sleeping outside. He storms off. Renu asks if he agreed. Sayali replies that he’ll be sleeping on the terrace. Renu instructs her to send all his belongings there. Sayali nods and departs.
Renu makes another taunt at Sayali, who responds angrily before leaving. Akash and Riya return home. Renu greets them and tells them to head to their room. Akash points out that it’s Sachin’s room. Renu insists that Sachin will sleep on the terrace, telling them to get ready for rituals. Riya questions what rituals. Renu mentions there are a few things to do. Riya asks for clarification. Sayali explains that Renu is referring to the post-wedding rituals. Akash asks what it entails, clearly confused. Renu assures him it’s nothing to worry about; he should just take a bath and get ready. Akash agrees and goes to the room, smiling at the decorations he sees. Riya inquires about the ritual again. Renu explains further. Riya humorously comments that Renu seems to be teaching her about environmental studies. Sayali chimes in that Renu wants to discuss the wedding night. Riya responds with a laugh, saying their first night is already over. Akash, embarrassed, hides his face. Renu is taken aback. Akash says he’ll bathe and be back, then quickly shuts the door. Renu is confused, and Riya confirms everything has happened. Sayali and Roshni smile at this exchange.
Sayali urges Riya to get ready. Riya refuses, saying it doesn’t make sense. Renu, irritated, tells Riya she shouldn’t speak like that in front of others and insists she get ready. Sayali encourages her to comply. Renu, holding her head, mentions that Riya doesn’t seem shy at all. Roshni adds that Riya never clarified whether it happened before or after marriage. Renu asserts that her son is a good boy. Roshni makes a joke, and Renu dismisses it with a smile.
Renu prepares Riya, complimenting her appearance. Roshni notices Renu is speaking to her warmly. Riya thanks Roshni, saying Akash helped her wear the saree, which she struggles to drape. Renu praises Roshni for her efforts. Roshni finishes Riya’s makeup while Sayali remains occupied in the kitchen. Renu instructs Sayali to add dry fruit powder to the milk, again taunting her before leaving.
