Udne Ki Aasha 2nd September 2024 Written Update
The Episode starts with Sachin and Sayali arriving to pray to Bappa. They decide to buy an idol for Sayali’s chawl. Sayali mentions that Shubha called and suggested they place Ganesh Ji together in the chawl, and she asks Sachin if he’s happy about it. Sachin reassures her, reminiscing about their childhood days when they used to sing and dance during the festival, and he expresses how much he enjoyed those times. He admires the idols on display but urges Sayali to make a quick decision. Sayali, however, wants to take her time to choose something special and different. Sachin playfully predicts that she’ll take hours to decide and will start bargaining as usual.
Sachin suddenly comes up with an idea and excitedly pulls Sayali aside to share it. She tells him she has a great idea too, and they agree to reveal their ideas at the count of three. When they do, they both say they want to make the idol themselves. They smile at the coincidence. Sachin shares that he used to make idols with their grandmother in her village and that he had already called her to ask for permission. He was expecting her to scold him but was pleasantly surprised when she encouraged him to make the idol with Sayali and expressed her happiness about it. Sayali suggests they make an eco-friendly idol, to which Sachin wholeheartedly agrees. They pray together that everything goes well and then set off to begin their project.
Meanwhile, Paresh is getting ready when he receives a call from Joy, urgently asking him to meet. Paresh senses something is amiss. On the other side, Tejas is worried about his secret being exposed by Sachin, fearing he’ll be kicked out of the house if found out. He asks a man for a small favor, requesting 20,000 rupees in exchange for a favor and giving his ID in return. The man agrees and hands him the money.
Sachin arrives home, and Paresh informs him about Joy’s call. Paresh explains that Joy wanted to talk about Akash and Riya’s friendship. Joy is against their relationship and has even fixed Riya’s marriage with someone else. Paresh shares his concerns that Joy suspects Akash is still seeing Riya despite promising not to, and he recounts how rudely Joy spoke to him. Sachin, angered, declares he won’t tolerate anyone disrespecting Paresh. However, Paresh urges him to stay calm and not make any hasty decisions as it’s about Akash’s life.
Sayali asks Paresh if he has spoken to Akash again. Paresh admits he hasn’t because he doesn’t want Akash to feel like he doesn’t trust him. He also expresses his fear that something might go wrong, given Joy’s threats. Sachin then reveals that he already knew Akash was still talking to Riya and that he had spoken to him about it. Paresh is upset that Sachin didn’t mention this earlier, but Sachin explains that he wanted to handle the situation delicately. He believes that Akash understands the importance of family honor and would never do anything to tarnish it.
Meanwhile, Akash speaks to Riya on the phone. Riya tells him that her mother has taken away her phone, but she found an old one to contact him. Akash confesses that he has been worried about her and that he sees no other option but to marry her. Riya is overjoyed and assures him that they will figure everything out together. Akash agrees, stating that they will face whatever comes as a team.
Back at home, Paresh asks Sachin to speak to Akash without revealing that he discussed this with him. He urges Sachin to remain calm and not get angry, advising him to handle the conversation with care. Sachin agrees, and Paresh leaves the room. Sayali then suggests that if the two families could sit down and talk, they might resolve the issue. However, Sachin, frustrated, tells her to stop repeating the same thing. He is firm that after the way Joy insulted Paresh, there’s no way Riya will be accepted into their home. He insists they shouldn’t burden their father with this issue, as it would only cause him more stress.
Sayali, concerned, asks what the solution is. Sachin suggests that she speak to Akash and persuade him to end the chapter with Riya for the sake of their family’s peace.
