Sachin speaks with a businessman, asking for money to begin his father’s treatment. However, the businessman demands legal or official documents before providing any funds, refusing to give anything without proof. This infuriates Sachin, and in his frustration, he threatens the businessman, claiming he will make sure Paresh receives the care he needs and recovers fully.

Meanwhile, Juhi calls Akash, informing him about Paresh’s deteriorating condition and his hospitalization. She urges Akash to get involved in his treatment. Initially, Akash is shocked by the news but promises to help with Paresh’s recovery. Sayali overhears their conversation and scolds Juhi for getting involved without anyone’s consent. She worries that Sachin might clash with Akash again. When Sayali questions Juhi about her actions, Juhi remains silent, offering no explanation.

Later, Sachin hears that a businessman is interested in buying his old car for 4 lakh rupees. Sachin agrees immediately, seeing this as a way to finance his father’s treatment. He asks the manager to arrange the sale and prays to the almighty to save Paresh’s life. He searches for Sayali, but she’s nowhere to be found.

After a while, Sachin rushes to the hospital and informs his mother, Renuka, that he has arranged the money for Paresh’s treatment. Renuka is shocked and asks how he managed to gather the funds so quickly. Sachin admits that he has decided to sell his car to pay for Paresh’s medical expenses. Everyone is stunned by his decision, and Sayali, overhearing the conversation, feels deeply sorry for her husband’s situation.

Renuka, however, refuses to let Sachin sell the car. Instead, she takes off her two gold bangles and hands them to Sachin, insisting that he use them to secure the money. She tells him she is willing to do anything to save her husband. Sayali feels heartbroken for Sachin and his family, but she stays in the background, unable to step forward.
