Udne Ki Aasha 16th October 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with a man making a lighthearted joke about Sachin’s slender build. Sachin responds by asking the man to treat Sayali, his sister, with respect and take her for the puja. The man retorts that he could even lift Sachin, but that wouldn’t fulfill his wish. Sayali challenges Sachin, suggesting he should lift her and invoke Devimaa’s name for strength. He lifts her and begins to ascend the stairs, while she showers him with flowers. They arrive at the temple area. Meanwhile, Dinesh calls Roshni, mentioning that he intended to speak with Tejas when he answered. He demands 50,000 rupees, and she replies that she just sent him money. Dinesh insists that the previous month’s amount was only 25,000 rupees, demanding a total of 75,000 this month. He blackmails her, instructing her to meet him at the mall in an hour.
As Sachin grows weary and collapses onto the floor, he groans in pain. Sayali makes a joke at his expense. He complains about back pain and suggests that Renu is right—she eats too much, and he can’t lift her again to take her downstairs. She replies that her only wish was to come upstairs this way, urging him to accompany her for darshan. They make their way to the temple to pray for the fulfillment of their wishes. Afterward, she inquires about what he wished for. Sachin shares that he prayed for her to make another wish like this, and she reveals her prayer for him to overcome his anger and alcohol issues, hoping he gains some sense. He admits he might give up alcohol but can’t promise the same for his anger. They head home, and he experiences back pain while driving, leading to a discussion between them.
Sayali becomes upset when he claims she spends her days idly. He responds that they should go out for a meal. She asks him not to argue with her at the restaurant. Akash and Riya are also dining at the same restaurant. When Sachin and Sayali arrive, they spot Akash and Riya.
Sachin expresses his disinterest in dining there. Akash rushes over to greet them, inviting Sachin and Sayali to join him. Sachin, however, is irritated. Akash asks if he’s still upset with him. Sachin responds that they get angry with family, not strangers, questioning Akash’s relationship to them. Akash presses on, asking how long he plans to remain angry. Sachin scolds him, recounting Paresh’s struggles and stating that Akash isn’t truly his brother because he lacks respect for him and their father.
