The episode begins with Sachin saying, “I got this for you, please have it.” Sayali looks around at everyone. Sachin makes a joke about Renu and Tejas. Sayali takes Sachin aside. Renu tells Roshni not to mind them and insults them. It’s morning, and Paresh asks if Tejas has found a job yet. Renu replies that he’s still looking and will find something soon. She complains about Sachin, saying they should send him and Sayali away. Paresh suggests they stay in the village, but Renu refuses to live with Aaji. Mamta arrives with the ladies and a band playing music. She meets Riya and Akash and brings many gifts. She mentions to Renu that she’s coming today with shagun. Renu acknowledges it. Mamta says she brought 11 plates instead of 21, as there isn’t enough space. Sachin jokes about it. Mamta makes Riya wear a necklace. Renu admires it and smiles. Renu asks if Mamta got it from Dubai. Mamta says she doesn’t remember. Riya mentions a famous shop, but she can’t recall the name. Renu suggests Roshni might know, since her dad buys diamonds and jewelry. Roshni says she doesn’t remember but suggests checking the box for the store’s name. Renu agrees, admiring the diamonds. Mamta confirms it’s from a well-known shop. Renu asks Sayali to make tea. Paresh mentions that Renu is doing this for her daughter, which is good, but asks where Joy is since he hasn’t arrived.

Mamta replies that Joy had some important work. Paresh says he hasn’t come till now, which shows he doesn’t respect them. Renu urges him to forget it. Shubha enters and greets everyone. Renu questions why Shubha is there. Shubha says she brought some gifts for Poornima. Sayali hugs Shubha, and they both smile. Renu starts taunting Shubha. Shubha reluctantly accepts the shagun plate. Shubha gives clothes to Sachin and Sayali. Paresh mentions that Shubha is Sayali’s Aai, while Mamta is Akash’s Sasumaa. Shubha greets Mamta, but Mamta turns away. Riya asks what’s in a box, commenting that it smells good. Shubha says it contains sweets, which Sayali loves. Riya asks if she can have a little taste, and Shubha agrees. Riya enjoys the sweets. Shubha encourages Sachin and Sayali to try them too. Paresh invites Shubha to sit down. Mamta says she has to leave because of some important work. Renu tells Mamta to come some other day and spend time with them. Mamta makes a face and leaves. Akash says he will drop Riya off. Akash and Riya leave. Renu scolds Shubha, and Paresh tells Renu not to insult her. Renu argues that Riya’s mom brought expensive gifts and didn’t even stay for tea, while Shubha came without asking her. Paresh raises his voice angrily. Sayali stands up, asking why Mamta left because of her mum. She questions why Renu is insulting her mum. Shubha tries to calm Sayali down, but Sayali insists, saying that Riya’s mom brought costly gifts, and they couldn’t compete with that, so Renu is insulting them. Shubha says she’ll leave. Sachin asks Shubha not to worry about Renu. Tejas remarks on how Riya’s mom brought 11 plates, while Sayali’s mum brought only one. Sayali retorts that at least her mum brought one plate, unlike Tejas, who didn’t even get a bowl from his in-laws. Sachin adds that Sayali is right and tells Roshni to ask her dad to send a bowl from Dubai. Renu glares at Sayali angrily.
