Suman Indori 8th January 2025 Written Episode
The episode begins with Suman asking Gitanjali to see what is happening. Kritika stands up, shocked. Chandrakant, Guru, and others arrive. Suman tells Chandrakant that he calls her poor, but her values are rich, and she is nothing like her. Devika says they love each other, and everything that happened was with their consent. Suman says, “Fine, we’ll find out.” She splashes water on Teerth’s face, and he gains consciousness. Gitanjali asks him what he’s doing there. Teerth notices his shirt is unbuttoned and quickly buttons it. He says he doesn’t remember how he ended up there, his head was spinning. Kritika accuses him of saying he wanted to come to her room, holding her hand, and bringing her there. Teerth tells Suman that Kritika is lying, and he doesn’t know how he got there. Suman says there’s no doubt about what happened and adds that although he could have done something wrong, he would never sink to that level. She says she trusts him, and Kritika is lying. Kritika insists Teerth is lying, claiming that he brought her there and then…
Suman slaps Kritika, warning her not to lie or face another slap. Devika intervenes, asking why Suman slapped her sister. Suman replies, “If you had slapped her, I wouldn’t have had to.” She tells Devika that she should have slapped Teerth too, as both were involved and together in the room. Teerth maintains Kritika is lying. Suman says Devika has a point and reminds everyone that “no means no,” whether it’s from a girl or a boy. She states they don’t know what happened between them, and without proof, she can’t comment, but then reveals the proof: a video showing Kritika slipping sleeping pills into Teerth’s coffee, making him drink it, leading him to her room, and attempting to get closer to him. Everyone is stunned.
Devika asks Kritika what she intended to do, if she didn’t feel ashamed, and hadn’t considered the impact on her in-laws. She says that while Kritika may be mentally unstable, such behavior is inexcusable. Devika moves to slap her, but Suman stops her, stating that nothing would be resolved with just a slap, and she intends to show Kritika how to clean herself up. Suman grabs a broom and starts beating Kritika with it. Kritika screams for Teerth’s help. Devika urges Teerth to stop Suman. Teerth says Suman is doing the right thing. Devika pleads with Chandrakant to intervene, but he supports Suman, saying she’s right, and that Kritika has crossed every line. Devika, shocked, tries to stop Suman. Gitanjali tells her not to, saying Suman is teaching Kritika a much-needed lesson. She adds that anyone who tries to stop her will face the same fate and jokes that Suman will add extra “tadka.”
Suman drags Kritika downstairs. Gitanjali asks Poorvi to take her down further and says that Suman is teaching her a proper lesson. Suman tells Kritika to leave. Devika announces that Papa has severed ties with them and won’t look at their faces again. Gajendra arrives and demands to know how Suman dares to raise her hand on his daughter. Chandrakant comments that Gajendra is used to showing up at the wrong place at the wrong time. Suman tells Gajendra to deal with Kritika and says that after breaking relations with her, this was bound to happen. Gajendra blames Teerth for what happened, claiming Kritika was targeting him, but failed. Suman tells him to take her home. Gajendra replies that if he does, his political career will be over. Devika realizes her father has turned the tables and declares that Kritika will stay here now.
Suman asks Gajendra if he is absolutely sure he doesn’t want to take her home. Gajendra asserts that Kritika is mentally unstable and a danger to him and his house. Just then, they hear an ambulance. Devika asks who called it. Suman responds that she did, as Gajendra himself said Kritika is a danger to herself and others. She says that when someone is unwell physically, they go to the hospital, and when the mind is unwell, such people are sent to a mental asylum. Kritika refuses to go to a mental asylum. Devika insists her sister won’t go. Suman tells her that she has to, because Gajendra confirmed that she is a danger to herself, her father, and his house. She adds that if she’s a danger to his house, she could be a danger to this one as well. She accuses Devika of being double-standard. Suman reveals she has proof of what Kritika did. Devika tries to snatch the phone from her, but Suman says she doesn’t make the same mistake twice, and this time, the video is not just in her phone, it’s been sent to everyone, including her father. “You’ll get tired of deleting it,” Suman adds. She tells Devika that she understands the pain of a sister, but gives her two options: send Kritika to the mental asylum, with the ambulance ready, or take her back to her father’s house. Devika, furious, glares at her.
