Suman Indori 1st January 2025 Written Episode
The episode begins with Gitanjali asking Suman to light the diya in the temple, reminding her that only the bahu can light the morning diya. Suman replies that she will neither lie to herself nor to God. She adds that she did not return to the house as a bahu and will not light the diya. Gitanjali questions if she has severed her connection with God and warns her not to become like Devika. She tells Suman that there is a big difference between her and Devika. Gitanjali recalls how Suman came to unite the family and gave her respect, while Devika tried to break the family. She urges Suman not to let hatred grow in her heart. Suman folds her hands and responds that goodness defeats bad people. She continues, asking if Gitanjali has ever fought for her rights and mentions how Gitanjali stayed silent when her son mistreated her. Gitanjali is taken aback. Suman then lights the diya in the temple. She explains that she holds no hatred in her heart, only anger and pain, but will never dishonor God. She touches Gitanjali’s feet and takes her blessings. Suman tells her that while she will never dishonor Gitanjali, she cannot accept becoming her bahu. Gitanjali remains upset.
Meanwhile, Gulshan locks the house. Poorna questions why they are leaving now that he’s been bailed out. Gulshan replies that they should go to his Bua’s house. Poorna asks if the police are after him, but Gulshan insists he is not running from the law, just missing his Bua. Bhumi notices them leaving and decides to follow. Suman wonders where Devika has gone. Gulshan halts the car when Devika’s car appears in front of his. Devika steps out and asks where he thinks he’s going. Gulshan explains he’s going to his Bua’s house, adding that she had told him to go underground. Devika asks who arranged his bail, as she didn’t. Gulshan hesitates but recalls how Suman had warned him not to reveal who had arranged it. Poorna presses him about the bail, but Gulshan claims a “special friend” helped him. Poorna inquires further, but he remains vague. Teerth, meanwhile, reflects on how Suman’s behavior has turned her into a cold, unapproachable figure and vows not to let go of his plans.
The CM calls Teerth, expressing his happiness at seeing Suman by his side, and talks about the prospects of a grand swearing-in ceremony. He praises Suman, calling her the “spinal cord” of Teerth’s success. Teerth sarcastically responds, calling it “broken,” but agrees to begin campaigning for the elections and getting photos taken with Suman. He muses over his complex feelings about her, torn between gratitude and resentment. Suman overhears him, commenting that it’s not right to pressure someone so easily manipulated. Teerth insists he won’t fight with her, but Suman taunts him, stating that if she leaves, he will lose his ticket, implying he owes her more than he realizes.
Back with Gulshan, Devika asks who arranged his bail again. Bhumi watches from a distance. Gulshan, noticing Bhumi, keeps quiet and tells Devika to leave, expressing his frustration over her lack of concern during his time in jail. He mentions that his mother had advised him to stay away from her. Devika, angered by his arrogance, wonders if Suman’s strength is somehow tied to Gulshan. She resolves to figure out why Suman has returned home.
Akhil, stumbling drunk, collides with Suman and falls. She scolds him for drinking so much and helps him to his room. She recalls Bhumi’s words and asks Akhil if he hates Teerth. Akhil responds, saying that although he’s Teerth’s younger brother, Teerth considers Rishi his own and declares his desire to kill him. Akhil falls asleep. Suman, skeptical, searches for evidence and finds wine bottles hidden in the cupboard. She wonders how someone so intoxicated can make sound judgments. Devika arrives at the house, thinking to herself about what Suman might be up to. Suman hides behind a curtain.
Devika enters and notices Akhil passed out from excessive drinking. She dismisses him as a drunkard and calls him a puppet, stating it’s fine because his eventual death will rid them of one more name on the property. She shuts the cupboard and leaves. Suman, overhearing, is repulsed by Devika’s selfishness and her willingness to exploit others for money and power. She continues searching and finds an account number written on a piece of paper—Rishi’s account number. Suman examines it, puzzled. Bhumi calls Suman, revealing that Gulshan has fled to Ujjain. She explains how she overheard a conversation between Devika, Poorna, and Gulshan, during which he refused to share anything. Akhil stirs awake and hears Suman’s conversation. Bhumi also informs Suman that Gulshan claimed not to want to work with her and then switched off his phone. Teerth calls Suman, and she wonders what he wants now.
