Suman Indori 19th September 2024 Written Episode
The episode begins with Teerth offering his hand to help Suman down. Gitanjali checks if Suman is alright, while Guru jokes that Teerth drives too fast. Teerth tries to explain, saying he didn’t know where Suman fell from, but she assures him she’s fine. Suman then whispers to Teerth, joking that he is the real problem she faces. She sarcastically asks Gitanjali if she ever slapped him in his childhood, implying that’s why he’s so hardworking now. Teerth, with a smile, says his job is to solve people’s problems, to which Suman adds that all of Indore is tired of his “heroic” problem-solving ways. Gitanjali laughs but is curious, asking what Suman said. Suman dismisses it as a light comment and offers everyone tea.
Teerth, reminiscing, says that Rishi once told him that Suman makes delicious tea. Suman jokes that there’s only enough ginger for two cups of tea, but she stretches it, saying they’ll manage with three cups. As they head inside, Teerth and Suman continue their playful bickering.
Meanwhile, Hema compliments Gitanjali on raising a well-mannered son. Gitanjali mentions that Teerth told her about Suman’s catering startup and suggests giving her the catering order for Teerth’s wedding. Suman is surprised and congratulates Teerth. However, Rishi looks upset, and Malini subtly comments that Suman might be losing Teerth’s favor.
Suman initially refuses the catering offer, saying they are wealthy enough to hire a top-notch caterer. She even jokes that Teerth might have dragged Gitanjali here. Teerth defends himself, saying no one can force his mother to do anything. He adds that Gitanjali loved the chaat from Suman’s stall, and Suman is flattered, even though she initially hesitates. Her family encourages her, and she finally agrees to take the catering order, though she remains cautious.
Teerth asks if she’s sure, and Suman agrees, saying she will do her best. Gitanjali gives her an advance payment, and Teerth symbolically adds a one-rupee coin from the in-house temple, saying it’s a blessing from Ganapati ji. Suman feels grateful for the opportunity and vows to work hard, not backing down.
Teerth wonders why she hesitated earlier, and Suman admits she started the catering business to pay back the money she owes. Gitanjali, thinking about the challenges ahead, mentions that the full catering order will depend on how much the family likes her food. She tells Suman to prepare a meal for the entire family the next day as a test.
Later, Hema offers them tea and snacks. Meanwhile, Gulshan has a video call with Devika, complaining about Suman’s growing influence. Devika reassures him that she didn’t send anyone to help Suman. Kritika worries about her upcoming marriage to Teerth and asks Devika to deal with Suman before things get worse. Devika, thinking strategically, says they need to extinguish Suman’s fire before it spreads, and plans to use Akhil to sabotage Suman’s chaat business.
Malini approaches Suman and asks why she seems troubled. Suman confides that while she’s grateful for the catering opportunity, she’s unsure if Devika and Kritika have truly forgiven her. She wonders if they’ve moved past the slap incident and worries about their underlying motives.
Teerth informs Gitanjali that Suman has accepted the catering job. Gitanjali cautions him, saying it’s just a trial, and she’s certain that Devika and his father will not agree to the full order. Devika, overhearing, decides that she’ll have to take matters into her own hands.
Later, Devika gives Akhil a bottle of bear-scented perfume, instructing him to sprinkle it on both himself and his father. Akhil hesitates, fearing his father’s reaction, but Devika assures him that she’ll handle the situation. She advises Akhil to show the same respect to Kritika that he once showed her, and he agrees.
As a final step in her plan, Devika sends Akhil to check on Suman’s chaat business, suggesting he intimidate her. Akhil, feeling emboldened, agrees to go, and Devika feels satisfied, believing that with both Akhil and Gulshan working against Suman, she won’t stand a chance.
