The episode begins with Gitanjali explaining to Teerth that marriage is about love, companionship, and the desire to be with each other. Teerth responds by asking her what kind of love or companionship exists between her and his father, Chandrakant. He points out that their marriage was based on convenience—Chandrakant was selling namkeen while his grandfather, Nanu, was the Namkeen King. Teerth believes that his father only achieved success with Nanu’s help, making their marriage a compromise. He suggests that his brother Guru’s marriage to Devika was also a compromise, as his father chose Devika to maintain the family’s status. He argues that marriage is merely a practical arrangement and says that he has known Kritika for eight years, so their marriage would be beneficial. Gitanjali expresses her desire for Teerth to marry for love, but Teerth says he is already married to his dreams of becoming a great politician. Devika overhears the conversation and smiles.
Later, Hema praises Suman for her dedication to family. Suman dismisses Malini’s curiosity about a secret plan, saying she will reveal everything in the morning. When Malini and Hema press for details, Suman assures them it’s all thanks to Bappa’s blessings and the hope for a better future.
Teerth tells Gitanjali that his marriage to Kritika is a practical choice. Gitanjali defends Kritika, saying she isn’t stupid, being Devika’s sister. Teerth dismisses it and suggests they leave it to fate. Meanwhile, Devika, plotting with Kritika, decides to meet someone to sabotage Suman’s efforts. They head to a shady location where they meet Gulshan and Poorna, planning to destroy Suman’s business. Devika promises Gulshan revenge and uses her influence to control the situation.
As Teerth prays for his own success, Suman unveils her new business venture, a catering service to pay off debts. Hema questions her about Sarafa Chaat Bhandar, but Suman explains that this new business is a necessity to pay off Rishi’s loans to the politician. She remains optimistic and confident.
Meanwhile, Teerth receives a call from the CM, who advises him to maintain a good relationship with Suman, as her enmity with Gajendra Gupta could be dangerous. Teerth assures the CM he’ll manage the situation, especially with Gajendra as his future father-in-law. The CM stresses that Teerth needs to gain the people’s support, reminding him of the importance of keeping Suman on his side.
Suman continues planning her business expansion, but Rishi, concerned for her well-being, tries to convince her to take things slowly. Despite the concerns from her family, Suman is determined to succeed, even envisioning expanding the business globally.
Back at the temple, the family is engaged in aarti when Teerth and Devika receive messages related to their plots against Suman. Teerth receives an encouraging message from Rishi about Suman’s new catering service, while Devika plots with Gulshan to sabotage it.
Teerth accidentally hits a ladder with his car, causing Suman to fall onto his vehicle. Teerth, Gitanjali, and Guru are in the car. Suman accuses Teerth of plotting against her family. Teerth, concerned, asks her to take his hand, but Suman, recalling past events and her negative opinion of Teerth, hesitates.
