Suman Indori 14th September 2024 Written Episode
The episode starts with Teerth assuring Poorna that Suman is not alone and that everyone, especially him, stands by her. The neighbors suggest beating Poorna and throwing her out. Poorna yells that enough is enough, saying what happened was wrong. She tells Suman that she humiliated her son in front of society and accuses Rishi of ruthlessly beating him. Poorna vows to take revenge on everyone. Devika overhears and thinks Teerth left her sister to support this “worthless girl.” She smirks, thinking Teerth’s political career could end before it even starts, and calls someone for help. Meanwhile, Rishi expresses his gratitude to Teerth for his help.
Suman recalls when Teerth offered her a bribe and sarcastically says his so-called support comes with money attached. She tells Rishi that Teerth isn’t his ally, mentor, or brother, but rather a leech who takes advantage of the helpless. Devika mocks the situation, wondering if Suman will help Teerth win votes or cause him to lose his deposit in the election. Suman pulls out money from her van and declares that this is the price Teerth placed on her mother’s life. She reminds him that he calls Rishi his brother and questions how much their loyalty costs. She lists 2 lakh rupees for hospital bills, 20,000 for Bhoomi’s fees, and the rest to silence their courage. She accuses him of offering this bribe to keep her quiet about his fiancée being responsible for her mother’s accident.
Teerth tries to suggest they talk inside, but Suman insists this is a family matter. She accuses him of putting money over his mother’s well-being, saying that if he truly loved his mother, he would have acted differently.
Teerth, losing his temper, yells at Suman to stop bringing his mother into the argument. Suman calls him a hypocrite, claiming all he cares about is protecting his fiancée. Rishi tries to intervene, but Suman silences him, accusing him of failing to stand up for their family. She places the money on her mother’s head and hands the rest back to Teerth, calling him poor in spirit. She warns that they will meet again in court and that his fiancée will end up in jail. Teerth tries to defend the accident, but Suman insists it was a hit-and-run, carrying a 10-year sentence, and tells him to plan his wedding after that.
Kritika arrives just then. Devika quickly pulls her aside, asking why she came. Kritika explains she wanted to help Teerth.
Teerth tells Suman that she’s making the situation worse. The crowd demands to know whether Teerth will side with the truth or with money. Suman instructs Bhoomi to take their mother inside and announces she’s going to the police station. Malini offers to accompany her. Rishi grabs Suman’s hand, asking if she’s really willing to break their relationship over Teerth. Suman replies that no matter what, her bond with Rishi remains unbroken.
Devika, growing frantic, urges Kritika to leave, warning that they’ll get caught. But Suman grabs Kritika’s hand, declaring that she’s the main guest and will be sent straight to jail. Malini suggests they punish Kritika themselves, but Suman reminds her they must follow the law. Malini protests that the court process will take too long, but Suman insists they won’t break the law.
Suddenly, they hear police sirens. Suman demands to know who called the police. Rishi admits that he did. Devika smirks at Teerth, pointing out that his own man called the police to arrest his fiancée.
Suman immediately orders the inspector to arrest Kritika for the hit-and-run. Devika protests, but Suman shuts her down, stating that no amount of shouting will stop justice. She makes it clear that since her mother was harmed, she won’t remain silent. The inspector moves to arrest Kritika despite Devika’s pleas.
Kritika panics, pleading not to be taken away. Devika promises to bring her back, but Suman interjects, stating that she doesn’t trust Devika to follow through and fears she might help Kritika escape. Teerth nods in agreement with Suman. Suman firmly reminds the police that they don’t need permission from anyone to do their job as public servants. Kritika is then arrested and taken away.
As Teerth tries to comfort Devika, she angrily smears wet mud on his shirt, sarcastically asking if he can clean it. She mocks him, asking what he’ll do now. Teerth calmly assures her that he’ll handle the situation. But Devika, seething with anger, tells him not to even try. She warns that just as Kritika won’t forget this, her father will never forget that his daughter was taken to the police station. Teerth stands there, visibly worried.
