Rabb Se Hai Dua

Rabb Se Hai Dua 27th September 2024 Written Update

Kaynaat asks the priest to marry Subhan and Mannat. Ibadat arrives and firmly says, “No respectable priest would perform the wedding between Mannat and Subhan.” She turns to Mannat and says, “I won’t let you marry him.” Mannat retorts, “I’ve already revealed your true nature, so don’t try to stop me.” Ibadat fires back, “You can’t even show respect to a priest, you speak to him like a servant. You have no manners and no understanding of our faith, you’re just an ignorant person.” Mannat, undeterred, says, “You can’t stop this marriage.” Ibadat responds, “Our religion will stop it.”

Kaynaat interjects, “You’re not her real sister.” Ibadat calmly explains, “Our mothers may be different, but we share the same father. So by our faith, we are still sisters, and a man cannot marry two sisters if they share a parent.” The priest nods and adds, “Exactly, Subhan cannot marry Mannat unless he first divorces Ibadat.”

Mannat, unfazed, says, “I don’t care. I will marry Subhan, no matter what.” She makes a threatening gesture towards the priest, prompting Ibadat to slap her. Subhan immediately reacts, “How dare you raise your hand on her?” Ibadat defends herself, “She is disrespecting the priest! She’s already ruined my life, maybe I should just end hers.” She turns to Mannat and says, “You accuse me of being Gazal’s daughter, but you’re just like her. That woman wrecked Dua’s life, and now you’re trying to ruin mine. You’re doing exactly what Gazal did—destroying this house. Gazal ensnared Haider, and now you’re trying to trap Subhan. You are no different.”

Subhan cuts her off, “That’s enough. You’re the second woman here. I’ve always loved Mannat, and it was you who trapped me.” Ibadat, trying to stay composed, responds, “You’re being manipulated. This isn’t you speaking, it’s your pride, and these are Mannat’s words, not yours. She’s been lying to you all along.” Subhan, resolute, says, “Our entire relationship was built on lies, and I’m going to divorce you soon.” Ibadat retorts, “You can’t divorce me for another three months. In that time, I’ll expose Mannat for who she truly is. You’ll come running back to me, begging for my forgiveness.” Subhan challenges her, “And if that doesn’t happen?” She confidently replies, “If I’m wrong, I’ll apologize and quietly leave. But I won’t be wrong. You’ll come back to me, and I’ll be victorious.”

Kaynaat, filled with anger, says, “You have no right over Subhan, and I don’t acknowledge you as my daughter-in-law. Subhan doesn’t consider you his wife.” Ibadat holds her ground, “I have every right because Subhan married me publicly. And just to be clear, I don’t acknowledge you as my mother-in-law either, because you’re trying to ruin your own son’s life. I’ve endured your insults for long enough. Not anymore. You won’t be dealing with the weak Ibadat any longer. From now on, you’ll face a stronger version of me.” She turns to Mannat, warning, “You can try as hard as you want, but Subhan is mine and will remain mine. He may have lost his way, but I’ll guide him back.” With that, she leaves. Everyone watches in silence.

Later, in her room, Mannat is fuming. She screams, “That woman took my mother away from me and smeared me with the reputation of Gazal!” She punches the mirror, causing her hand to bleed. Subhan rushes in and stops her. Mannat, with tears in her eyes, says, “Why couldn’t we get married? She’s going to take you away from me.” Subhan gently reassures her, “That won’t happen.” Mannat, still upset, says, “She stopped our wedding, and I won’t forgive her for it.” Subhan tenderly cleans her wound and tells her to calm down. Mannat, distraught, says, “She robbed me of my mother and now won’t let me be with you. I never wanted to reveal the truth about Gazal, but she forced me by comparing me to her. She knows how much we love each other, so why is she doing this? I won’t stop until I completely destroy her.” Subhan looks at her, concerned but silent.
