Rabb Se Hai Dua 25th October 2024 Written Update
Gazal grabs an unconscious Dua and declares, “I will kill her today.” Kashaf intervenes, saying, “You can’t give her such an easy death. We planned all this to torture and kill her slowly, so we need to wait for the right moment. Our mission is not just to kill her but to make her family suffer and inflict pain on her for life.” Gazal nods in agreement and says, “You’re right; I can’t let her have an easy death. I will ensure her demise is slow and painful.” As Kashaf notices Dua waking up, she warns Gazal that Dua can’t see her. Gazal instructs her to bring a suitcase. Once Kashaf retrieves it, Gazal tells her to place Dua inside. They confine Dua in the suitcase and lock it up. Gazal then instructs Kashaf to take her back to her room. Kashaf expresses concern that Dua might inform others. Gazal reassures her that since Dua didn’t see them, they won’t be blamed. They drag Dua away.
The judge tells Ibadat that her actions were wrong and could lead to criminal charges for attempting to kill Mannat. Subhan smirks at her. Ibadat asks if she can say something in her defense. The judge responds that if she wants to claim those videos are fake, he must inform her that they have already been investigated and deemed real. Ibadat argues that sometimes the truth is hidden in plain sight. While the videos are indeed real, she insists that they don’t show the complete perspective; the truth is half, and she will reveal the full story. She plays a video in which Mannat tries to strangle her and throw her from the balcony. Ibadat tells the judge that Mannat attempted to kill her first, so she acted in self-defense. The judge responds, “You did much more than that.” Ibadat insists, “I was terrified she might kill me if I didn’t take action. I didn’t harm her enough to kill her because she is my sister, after all.” The judge questions Subhan about why he concealed this part, as it shows Mannat attacked her first. He could face jail time for lying. Subhan’s lawyer claims that other videos demonstrate Ibadat torturing Mannat numerous times without provocation. Ibadat looks on.
Hamida calls for Dua, noting that she isn’t in her room, so she wonders where she could be. She calls her but gets no response. In the corridor, Hamida approaches, prompting Gazal and Kashaf to hide from her.
The judge asks Ibadat if she has anything else to present in her defense. Ibadat replies, “You mentioned that Subhan could be arrested for lying; why isn’t he being arrested?” The judge clarifies that he was merely warning him. Ibadat argues that she was similarly warning Mannat in those videos, stating, “I was serving food to my husband when Mannat tried to get closer to him, so I pushed her away. That girl kept approaching my husband, and I had to take action.” The judge responds, “That doesn’t justify your actions.” Ibadat retorts, “What about her actions? She keeps romancing my husband, so how can I remain silent? I can’t bear to see her in my husband’s arms.” Subhan tells the judge that she has no proof and asks why she attempted to burn Mannat. The judge informs Ibadat that no reason can justify such actions, and he will soon give his verdict. Ibadat interrupts, saying, “You saw the video of me starting the fire, but I will show you the video of what happened before that.” Subhan and Mannat watch intently.
