Rabb Se Hai Dua 30th August 2024 Written Update
Scene 1
Subhan tells Ibadat that he wants to go home. She responds by saying she’ll speak with the doctor and then leaves. Subhan is visibly upset, prompting Mannat to rush over and hug him. She expresses her gratitude for his continued distrust of Ibadat and for not revealing her secrets. He reassures her, saying, “Don’t worry, I won’t let her harm you anymore,” while holding her hands.
Kashaf examines Sufi’s leg and picks up a hammer, saying, “I’m going to treat you now.” He becomes frightened and moves away, insisting, “I’m perfectly fine now.” She retorts, “I can treat cheapness too.” He protests, “I’m not cheap; I came from London.” She dismissively replies, “I don’t care.” When he asks for her number, she brandishes her slipper and says, “I can give you this instead. Get lost.” Sufi, thinking quickly, snaps a picture of her form where her number is visible. As she moves to hit him, Armaan arrives and apologizes on his behalf, leading him away. Kashaf laughs and comments that Sufi is crazy, while her grandmother advises her not to be so angry.
Sufi later looks at Kashaf and smiles, and she smiles back. His mood instantly lifts.
Scene 2
Subhan returns home with the family, and Hamida prays for his safety and recovery. Subhan, concerned, mentions that Mannat isn’t well and asks for prayers for her too. Hamida reassures him not to worry about Mannat, then asks Ibadat to help Subhan to his room, advising him to care for the person who is important to him. Mannat pretends to feel dizzy, causing Subhan to rush to her aid. Ibadat offers to take Mannat to her room, while Armaan helps Subhan to his.
Ibadat escorts Mannat to her room. Mannat intentionally trips her, causing Ibadat to fall and break a nail. Mannat asks if she’s alright, and Ibadat brushes it off, saying not to worry, before leaving the room.
Subhan, now in his room, reflects on Ibadat’s lies. He vows not to let her go unpunished.
Ibadat enters her room to find Subhan peacefully asleep. She murmurs, “I can’t live without you, but you don’t even seem to care if I’m here or not. I wish I could hug you, but I can’t even touch you. I just want you to be well, so I won’t disturb you.” She lies down beside him and falls asleep, but Subhan, now awake, thinks to himself how deceitful she is, feeling she doesn’t even deserve to be called human, let alone his wife.
As they sleep, someone moves past their room. Ibadat senses something and wakes up, going to investigate. She steps out to the porch and looks around.
Ibadat scans the house, noticing a silhouette moving in the shadows.
Someone sneaks into Mannat’s room and attempts to strangle her. She screams as the intruder brandishes a knife. The commotion brings everyone rushing to her room, but by the time they arrive, the attacker has vanished. Mannat, terrified, clings to Subhan, crying, “Someone tried to kill me.” Hafeez suggests it could have been Farhan, but Armaan disagrees. Subhan tries to calm Mannat and notices a mark on her neck. She sobs, “He tried to strangle me.” Ibadat rushes in, asking what happened. Dua, in tears, says that someone attacked Mannat and questions who it could have been. Subhan then notices a nail on her bed, suspecting it belongs to the attacker. He turns to see Ibadat wearing similar nails and glares at her.
