Parineeti 9th October 2024 Written Update
Pari wakes up and imagines Rajiv there. He tells her, “I am always with you.” She realizes it’s just a dream and wonders why she keeps seeing him everywhere. Ambika enters and says, “Because he has trapped you again; he is reminding you of the past, and you keep falling for his lies. You need to forget your past if you want to succeed in your mission. The fact that you are starting to see him in your dreams is concerning.”
Neeti arrives at the family gathering, ready to start shopping. Babbli asks why. Neeti responds, “Sanju proposed to me, and we’re going to get married soon.” Sanju walks in and says they need to go to Parvati’s house to announce the news.
Pari tells Ambika that her mission is halfway complete and that once she breaks Neeti’s relationships, she’ll be closer to achieving her goal. Sanju arrives with dhol and his family. Neeti dances with Pari, excitedly saying they have good news to share. Sanju interjects, “I’ll tell her.” He hands an invitation to Ambika and adds, “You all have to come to our house.” Then, he gives a card to Pari, revealing, “I will get engaged to Neeti the day after tomorrow.” Pari is shocked at the news. Ambika looks at her and says, “I’m sure you’re excited that your best friend is getting married. Go and bring sweets.” Pari nods and leaves. Ambika blesses Neeti, who then heads to Pari.
In her room, Pari breaks down. Neeti comes in and hugs her, saying, “I’m so happy today, and I know you are too. Things have become so wonderful in my life since you became my friend. You’ve given me the biggest treasure, which is Sanju. You are my lucky charm. You brought Sanju back to me, which Pari snatched away. This is all happening because you made him believe you are Parvati and not Pari. One side is Pari, who took Sanju from me, and the other side is you, who brought him back. You are my real friend, and I’m so lucky to have you as my best friend. Thank you for being there for me; I’m so happy to have a friend like you and a lover like Sanju.” Ambika enters and asks Pari to bring the sweets. Neeti declares, “Ambika is my aunt now since she’s my friend’s mother.” Ambika nods and leads Pari away.
Ambika tells Pari not to cry. “I can’t help it,” Pari responds. She hugs Ambika and says, “You were right; he never loved me. He kept trying to convince everyone that I am Pari, and now he suddenly wants to marry Neeti? He’s selfish, and I was a fool to get trapped again. He was confessing his love for me and now he’s getting engaged to Neeti?” Ambika replies, “He’s the most selfish person. He would do the same to you as he did before. Neeti is better than him; at least she openly expresses her hatred for you. But he comes here dancing because he’s marrying Neeti? He doesn’t deserve your love or trust. He meant everything to me; I lived for his love. How will I survive now?” Ambika hugs her tightly, thinking she won’t let Pari break; she has to help her complete her mission.
Pami tells Sanju he seems overly excited about the wedding. Sanju replies, “I’m happy to see Pari showing her true emotions.”
Babbli approaches Pari and asks if she’s crying. Ambika quickly interjects, “No, she isn’t. Pari, go and freshen up.” Pari heads to the washroom, washes her face, and cries. She reflects on her moments with Sanju, trying to control her emotions. “My mission is to teach Sanju a lesson, so I’ll act like I’m very happy for both of them,” she thinks. Babbli tells Ambika that Pari must be heartbroken after hearing the news.
