Parineeti 8th December 2024 Written Update
The wedding resumes, Sanju and Neeti sit at the mandap once again while Pari watches from a distance. Neeti wears Pari’s gathbandhan, having snatched it from Gurpreet. Gurpreet tries to stop her, cursing her that she will never be happy. Neeti responds that her curses won’t stop her wedding and reminds her that her daughter is gone because of her. The wedding continues. Pari receives a call from Sunny and tells Ambika that Sanju’s new office has caught fire, and it will be interesting to see how he handles this. Sanju suddenly gets a call from his manager, who tells him about the fire and that people are trapped inside. Sanju says he has to leave immediately, but the priest urges him to finish the wedding first. Sanju informs Neeti that his office is on fire and people are trapped. Neeti suggests that others can manage it, and he should focus on the wedding. Sanju shouts at her, saying that he has to go and save the people. Pari wonders how this happened since his office had fire safety measures in place. She recalls planning the fire herself. Ambika suspects that Pari might be responsible. Neeti tells Sanju that it’s not his office but Parvati’s, and her people can handle it. Sanju insists that he has to leave as the people working for him are more important, and their lives matter. He says they can get married later, but he can’t stay here.
Sanju grabs Monty’s bike and drives off. Neeti cries, feeling abandoned, asking how he could leave her at the mandap after saying he wanted to marry her. Pami tries to console her, saying that whatever fate has in store, they can’t change. Neeti, however, says that she has changed her fate and will get what she wants. Ambika says it’s not their fault that Sanju left because of the fire, and maybe this wedding isn’t meant to be. Neeti sharply responds that she has done everything to get Sanju, not considering right or wrong, and she won’t stop now. Pari tells her that Kalyani’s prediction might be true, as so many problems keep happening with her wedding.
Sanju arrives outside his office, and Sunny tells him that the fire broke out, and they couldn’t control it. Sanju says he had to come to save some important items. Monty asks, “What?” Sanju replies, “Pari’s memories. I need to save them at all costs.”
Neeti is in a panic and tells Pari that she doesn’t care about curses or fate; her dream is to marry Sanju, and she will fight for it until her last breath. Sukwindar tells them to stop blaming Neeti.
The guard exits the office, and Sanju asks if he is okay. The guard confirms he is fine and mentions that he saw someone in the office just before the fire started. Sanju tells Monty that someone must have set the fire, and it’s likely someone from the office. Sunny avoids eye contact.
Dai Maa taunts Sukwindar, saying she should have cared for her daughter earlier. Pari tells her to stop. Neeti declares she doesn’t care about Kalyani’s prediction; she will marry Sanju at any cost. Pari says it’s bad timing for her, but things will change soon. The priest warns that Neeti’s kundli is cursed. Neeti silences him, saying that Parvati is right, and that so many things happening can’t be a coincidence. She’s sure someone is deliberately trying to stop her wedding. She vows to find out who is behind it and plans to visit the office to discover who started the fire. Pari says she will accompany her, and Ambika decides to join them.
Sanju is waiting for the firefighters, who will arrive in 40 minutes. He tells Monty that three people are still trapped inside, so he has to go in. Monty insists it’s too dangerous, but Sanju says he has to save them. Determined, he goes inside the burning office, searching for the trapped people.
