Parineeti 20th December 2024 Written Update
Daljeet gives juice to Neeti. Gurvindar tells Neeti that the priest wanted to tell her something. The priest advises Neeti to wear a veil while sitting in the mandap, as it would be a blessing. Neeti agrees and says she will wear it. Gurvindar praises her, saying she is a good person. Pari arrives with Rakesh. Gurvindar looks confused seeing him there and whispers to Daljeet to keep an eye on him and make sure he stays away from Parvati. Rakesh calls everyone’s attention and tells Pari that he wants to formally introduce himself. He says, “I wanted to do something for you.” Sanju interrupts, saying this isn’t a drama, and asks why he wants to give her something. Rakesh says don’t interfere between them, but Sanju replies that she is not Pari, she is Parvati. Rakesh says he knows that and suggests they forget the past. He adds that he didn’t get his chance before, but now he does. Sanju tells him to leave her alone. Rakesh insists on talking and tells Pari this is his chance. He says he is the most eligible bachelor but rejected all other girls. He kneels and says, “I really like you, so will you marry me?” Everyone is shocked. Ambika says she isn’t interested in him. Rakesh responds that he’s speaking to Pari. Parvati rejects him, saying her answer is no. Rakesh stands up and asks for a reason. He claims he is handsome, rich, and smart, so why the rejection? Pari simply repeats that her answer is no. Sanju tells him to go away. Neeti says, “What’s your problem? Let him propose to her.” Sanju insists he doesn’t deserve her. Pari tells Rakesh that her answer will always be no and apologizes for rejecting him. Rakesh says he is hurt, and Pari replies that she doesn’t like men like him. He asks what type of men she likes. Sanju says she doesn’t need to explain herself to him. Pari responds, “Just focus on your wedding.” Gurvindar asks Daljeet to offer juice to everyone. He hands a glass to Parvati, and she drinks it while everyone watches. Rakesh asks why she rejected him, and Pami tells him to stop—it’s already been said. Pari tells Rakesh that he doesn’t even know her. Rakesh insists that he does, as he did research on her. He mentions she likes green color and certain foods. Sanju argues that he is wrong. Pari tells Rakesh that he isn’t her type. She starts feeling dizzy, so Gurvindar takes her away, asking Neeti to come along.
Neeti enters her room with Pari. Pari tells Gurvindar that she isn’t feeling well and asks for some rest.
Rakesh tells Tiger that he is determined to have Pari. Though he couldn’t get her now, he is sure he will. He explains that he proposed to her, but she rejected him. He turns and sees Sukwindar overhearing them.
Gurvindar helps Neeti with her makeup touch-up. Neeti admits that she doesn’t trust Daljeet, so she didn’t drink his juice and threw it away. Gurvindar reassures her that she still needs to fall into their trap. Daljeet arrives and attacks her. Neeti is shocked and faints. Gurvindar tells Daljeet to take her away, as he will take Parvati to the mandap.
Bubbly informs Dai Maa that Daljeet knocked Neeti unconscious. Ambika asks if Parvati is alright. Bubbly says she is fine but doesn’t trust Gurvindar, as she didn’t even flinch when Daljeet hit Neeti. Ambika remarks that Neeti is now paying for her past deeds.
Gurvindar declares that it’s his time to get back at Neeti. He plans to start a new story now.
