Mishri 7th September 2024 Written Update
Mishri visits Vaani’s house, and Vaani questions her presence. Kalpana interjects, suggesting that Mishri has come to beg Vaani to release Raghav from jail. Mishri denies this, stating that Raghav has been tormenting her. She reminds Vaani that Raghav once claimed to love her, so if that were true, why didn’t he marry her? Mishri praises Vaani for making the right decision by sending Raghav to jail, saying that he deserved it. She warns Vaani not to waver, as Raghav could ruin another woman’s life too. When Vaani raises her hand to slap Mishri, Kalpana steps in, cautioning Vaani not to fall for Mishri’s tricks. Kalpana accuses Mishri of trying to provoke her to secure Raghav’s release. Mishri firmly states that Raghav should be punished for his actions and deserves to stay in jail, even offering to file a complaint herself. Vaani, furious, demands that Mishri leave or she will send her to jail as well.
Later, Ranjith overhears a constable telling the inspector that the school’s CCTV footage is key evidence in the molestation case. Ranjith realizes that if he can steal the footage, no one will catch him. He tries to steal the evidence but fails. Meanwhile, Parvathi stubbornly refuses to take her inhaler despite her family’s concerns. Sulekha blames Mishri for all the trouble. Raghav pleads with his mother to take her inhaler, worried about her health, but Parvathi insists Raghav should listen to the lawyer’s advice. However, Raghav refuses to file a case against Vaani. Sulekha scolds them both for their stubbornness, while Chithra feels that things are playing into her hands.
Mishri arrives and urges Parvathi to stop being stubborn, explaining that if anything happens to her, Raghav will feel guilty and blame himself. Mishri’s words convince Parvathi to finally take her inhaler. Meanwhile, in jail, other prisoners mock Raghav’s situation with Mishri and Vaani, which enrages him. Raghav gets into a fight with the prisoners, and despite his family’s attempts to intervene, he refuses to listen. The prisoners attack him, causing Raghav to collapse. The inspector moves the prisoners to another cell and forbids the family from approaching Raghav. Desperate, Mishri demands permission to see him, threatening to harm herself if denied. When the inspector ignores her, she breaks a bottle and injures her hand, creating a scene until the inspector finally allows her in. Mishri tends to Raghav’s wounds.
Concerned, Raghav asks how she got hurt. Mishri explains everything that transpired. Just then, Vaani arrives, sarcastically commenting that she didn’t want to interrupt their “love scene.” Mishri pleads with Vaani to withdraw her complaint, insisting that Raghav needs immediate medical attention. She accuses Vaani of driving a wedge between her and Raghav, saying that Vaani has taken away her compassion. Despite Mishri’s pleas, Vaani remains firm and refuses to withdraw the case. Mishri begs Vaani to direct her anger at her instead of Raghav. Sulekha also implores Vaani to drop the complaint. Kalpana scolds Sulekha, pointing out that she was vocal when Vaani made a mistake but silent now that her grandson is in trouble. Kalpana demands that Sulekha bow in submission to Vaani. Both Mishri and Raghav urge Sulekha not to do it. However, Vaani remains resolute in her decision. Finally, Mishri confronts Vaani, reminding her that she is Raghav’s wife.
