Mishri 21st September 2024 Written Update
Mishri is deeply affected by Vaani’s words and becomes emotional. She tries to talk to Raghav about it, but he avoids discussing Vaani. Mishri acknowledges Vaani’s mistakes, like drinking with Samarth and causing a scene while intoxicated. However, she explains to Raghav that Vaani acted out of fear, having misunderstood the relationship between Mishri and him, and that she’s terrified of losing him because of how much she loves him. Mishri urges Raghav to consider Vaani’s feelings. She suggests that they reveal the truth to Vaani, as she might eventually figure it out on her own, and it’s better to clear up the misunderstandings now. Raghav hesitantly agrees to Mishri’s suggestion.
Meanwhile, Ranjith is caught off guard when a constable informs him that he’s been released on bail. He’s even more shocked to learn that it was Chithra who arranged for his release. Despite Ranjith torturing her sister, Chithra explains that she can’t allow him to harm her family. She’s only helping him because they share a common enemy: Mishri. Chithra wants Raghav dead and instructs Ranjith to kill both Raghav and Mishri, so she doesn’t have to get involved directly. Ranjith, having nothing left to lose, accepts her offer and agrees to carry out the plan.
Later, Mishri urges Raghav to remain calm, promising to clear the misunderstanding between him and Vaani. However, Raghav refuses to reveal the truth to Vaani just yet. He is determined to first fix the issues between Mishri and Vaani, as he cannot bear to see them both upset. He reminds Mishri that she is his student and should stay focused on her studies, adding that if Vaani doesn’t resolve her differences with Mishri, it will affect her concentration during exams.
Mishri continues to press Raghav to tell Vaani the truth about their secret marriage, believing that Vaani will understand once she knows. Raghav disagrees, insisting that Vaani won’t be able to handle such a shocking truth. He doesn’t believe she could accept another woman being in his life. Just then, the doorbell rings, and Kalpana informs them that Vaani is not around—she has gone to Delhi with Samarth for fashion week. Annoyed, Raghav tells Mishri that Vaani likely went with Samarth just to make him jealous. Mishri tries to explain that, like Raghav, Vaani is acting out of fear, afraid of losing him and desperately seeking his attention.
Mishri warns Raghav that Vaani, while intoxicated with Samarth, might be vulnerable to being taken advantage of. Soon after, Vaani makes a video call to Raghav, telling him that someone spiked her drink and she needs his help. When Raghav tries to call her back, her phone is switched off. Meanwhile, Samarth asks Vaani if their plan worked, and she thanks him for genuinely helping her, revealing that her actions were only to grab Raghav’s attention. Samarth smirks in response.
Frustrated and filled with regret, Raghav drives faster, realizing he has misunderstood Vaani all along. Suddenly, Ranjith rams into their car from behind, causing an accident. Both Raghav and Mishri are injured, and it begins to rain, soaking them both. In the downpour, Raghav shares his sorrow with Mishri, lamenting that he has ruined the lives of two women and has been disloyal to both. He tearfully admits that he only truly loves Vaani. Though hurt by his words, Mishri reassures him that Vaani will be okay and promises to reunite them. They embrace for comfort.
At that moment, Ranjith throws a knife aimed at Mishri, but Raghav notices just in time and risks his life to protect her. He is injured, and shortly after, their car explodes.
