Mishri 16th September 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Raghav advising Mishri, motivating her to stand up for her rights. He praises her perseverance and refusal to give up, telling her it’s an admirable trait. Raghav encourages her to keep trying, reminding her that she’s always number one in his eyes and that her talent will surely earn her a scholarship at another college. However, Vaani is visibly displeased by Raghav’s constant praise of Mishri and makes an excuse to leave. She calls Kalpana, venting her frustration about Raghav’s attention on Mishri and how he thinks she’s so talented. Vaani expresses her desire to prove she’s more talented and asks Kalpana to ensure she wins the Fashion Week Magazine Award. Kalpana promises to make it happen. After the call, Vaani is shocked to find Samarth overhearing her conversation. He offers to help her in exchange for going on a date with him and promises to keep her secret safe.
Vaani, taken aback, reminds him that she’s already engaged. Samarth tries to tempt her, saying her fiancé could never afford the kind of diamond he could give her. He insists she reconsider, but Vaani, furious, refuses and warns him that she’s marrying Raghav. Realizing she’s in the men’s washroom by mistake, Vaani storms out angrily.
Meanwhile, Ridhi teases Mishri and Keshav, but Raghav steps in and scolds her before looking for Vaani. When Vaani eventually joins them, Mishri continues to encourage Keshav. Samarth accuses Mishri of begging him for an opportunity and taunts her about the upcoming competition rounds, which will be held in Hindi. He challenges her to prove her talent. Raghav advises Mishri on how to handle it, but Samarth continues to provoke Vaani, insinuating that Raghav seems more interested in Mishri. This angers Vaani, who interrupts Raghav and Mishri’s conversation.
At the police station, Mishri waits to meet Gopal. She shows him a video, but he can’t bring himself to watch it. Confused, Mishri asks how he could be accused of molestation when he can’t even handle watching such a video. She believes Gopal is taking the blame for someone else and urges him to come clean, especially for Supriya’s sake. However, Gopal refuses, saying that Supriya already knows the truth.
Later, Vaani is celebrating her award with her mother at Raghav’s house. Sulekha and her family are uncomfortable with the photoshoot. Vaani introduces the interviewer to the family and mentions how she would’ve liked Raghav to be part of the celebration, but he was too busy. When Mishri arrives, Vaani shares her happiness and asks Mishri to serve juice to the guests. Meanwhile, Ranjith is plotting against his wife. As Mishri serves the juice, Kalpana intentionally causes her to trip, spilling juice on one of Vaani’s friends. Furious, Vaani lashes out at Mishri, blaming her for ruining the shoes and demanding that Mishri clean them. Although Mishri hesitates, Kalpana steps in and pretends to mediate, convincing her friend to let it go, and Mishri reluctantly agrees to clean up.
Raghav steps in at that moment, stopping Mishri. He angrily reprimands Vaani for throwing a party while he’s busy, reminding her that Mishri is preparing for a crucial exam. Vaani argues that her award is important too, but Raghav insists she could have chosen another day to celebrate. Frustrated, Vaani accuses Raghav of favoring Mishri, suggesting that Mishri has developed feelings for him because she’s lonely. Mishri, taken aback, clarifies that she doesn’t have romantic feelings for Raghav and that he’s merely her teacher. Kalpana tries to stir the situation further, claiming that Mishri is causing problems and suggesting she be kicked out.
Raghav firmly stops Kalpana, emphasizing that the scholarship Mishri is working for is life-changing and will allow her to move beyond the label of a servant. He declares that, no matter what anyone else thinks, he’s committed to helping Mishri achieve her dreams.
