Mishri 13th October 2024 Written Update
Raghav asks the shop owner if Mishri can handle the heavy load she’s carrying. Mishri, thinking to herself, realizes that Raghav hasn’t recognized her. The owner reassures him that she can manage it. As Mishri’s dupatta slips from her face, she quickly covers herself again, feeling relieved when she sees Raghav leave the shop without noticing who she is.
Meanwhile, Raghav delivers goods to his house, where Vaani sprays perfume on him. Confused, Raghav asks her what she’s doing. Vaani explains that he smells bad, and that’s why she sprayed him—to stop the bad odor from spreading in the house. Raghav, feeling insulted, asks if this is her way of belittling him. Vaani denies it, instead questioning why he’s even in this situation. She reminds him that he used to run a company and had many employees, but now he’s just a bus driver. Vaani tries to convince him that he still has time to make the right choice and leave Mishri, suggesting he return home. Raghav brushes her off, but Vaani stops him, insisting that he doesn’t need to struggle with Mishri. She says that while Mishri may be his responsibility, Vaani is his true love, and she asks him who is really in his heart.
Raghav remains silent. Vaani presses on, accusing him of choosing Mishri over her. She questions why he gave her place to Mishri, saying that Mishri is only a duty, while urging him to think about his family. She warns him that if Ridhi’s in-laws find out that Raghav, a family member, is working as a driver, they might call off the wedding. Vaani insists that if he returns home, he can leave behind this hard life and attend his sister’s wedding with pride.
Meanwhile, Mishri is juggling her studies while working. The shop owner remarks to his wife about how hardworking Mishri is, especially given the tough circumstances, while their son wastes time. Suddenly, the wife’s saree gets caught in a machine, but Mishri quickly saves her. The couple is extremely grateful, thanking Mishri for saving her life. Mishri humbly replies that she was just helping and refuses their offer of money, saying it will come in handy when the time is right.
Back at the house, Raghav tells Vaani that while she wants to know what’s in his heart, she no longer has the right to know. Vaani accuses him of choosing a difficult life, blaming Mishri for being the “thorn” in his path. However, Raghav stands firm, saying he chose the right path and that soon everyone will understand. He assures Vaani that as a brother, he will fulfill his duties for Ridhi’s wedding.
Chithra interrupts them, questioning what they are doing together. She warns them that if Ridhi’s in-laws see them, they might call off the wedding. Raghav calls her “Bua,” but Chithra reminds him that to the in-laws, he’s just a driver, and he shouldn’t address her like that in front of them.
Later, Mishri decides not to reveal the truth to Raghav. When he asks why she’s late and how her exam went, she lies. Raghav massages her hands, noticing how much she’s been working and remembering her hard work at the shop. He compliments her, saying she’s a good person. Mishri notices a form, and Raghav explains it’s for a bus contract tender, but he doesn’t have enough money to apply. He admits he never imagined he would struggle for money like this. Mishri hands him the money and encourages him. They speak with the manager, who advises them not to waste their money, saying the company isn’t hiring new services. However, Mishri manages to convince him to give them a chance, and they secure a booking.
Unbeknownst to them, Chithra overhears their conversation and later sabotages Raghav’s bus by cutting the brake wire.
