Mera Balam Thanedaar 27th September 2024 Written Update
The episode starts with Bulbul getting ink splashed on herself to save Veer. Vishesh asks the NGO women to leave. Veer looks at Bulbul, who says she lied because she didn’t want his reputation to be ruined, and she didn’t want what is happening now to occur. Veer, however, tells her that despite her efforts, his uniform can’t be saved from these stains. The juvenile home officer takes Bulbul away. Bulbul cries as she gets into the car, while Veer stands there silently.
The next morning, Veer goes to Vardhan, crying, and places his head on his lap. He says his uniform is stained, and his honesty is now in question. Vardhan reassures him that his uniform is still their pride and asks him to wear it and go to the police station like he does every day. Veer promises to do so. Vardhan salutes him, saying he will not let anything wrong happen and makes a promise to his son.
Meanwhile, Drishti tries to provoke Ratan, saying the NGO women and the media are not enough. Ratan remarks that Veer and Bulbul are already separated. She asks if fire can be fought with fire, and when he says no, she suggests turning Veer and Bulbul’s love into hatred by ensuring Veer loses his uniform. Ratan agrees and vows to destroy their love.
In the temple, Bulbul prays to God to help her “Thanedar sa,” asking that Veer be spared from further pain. Vardhan arrives and tells her that Veer will not endure any more suffering and asks her to ensure that his uniform remains unstained. He warns her not to meet or contact Veer anymore.
Sulakshana reflects on Bulbul’s words. Drishti arrives and announces she has arranged a puja for the family’s peace, to prevent Bulbul from causing more trouble. Sulakshana coldly replies that Bulbul is dead to them and walks away. Drishti smiles, saying that’s exactly what she wanted.
At the juvenile home, the attendant brings food to Bulbul, but she refuses to eat. The attendant reminds her this isn’t her in-laws’ house and insists she eats. Bulbul reminisces about how her family treated her like a princess. The attendant later steps out and calls Ratan, who instructs her to ensure Bulbul eats the food that day. Ratan vows to bring a storm into Veer’s life that will destroy him completely.
At the police station, Dhruv brings in a groom who has married 15 women, eloping with their money each time. He was caught just before his latest wedding. Veer, furious, beats the man, saying it hurts when someone betrays and lies. Vishesh intervenes, telling Dhruv to take the man away and questions why Veer is acting out of personal reasons. Veer explains his actions, but it’s clear he’s still deeply affected by recent events.
Vayu arrives at the juvenile home to visit Bulbul. The attendant instructs him to sign the register while she checks the food he brought. As Vayu signs, she discreetly adds a sedative to the food. Vayu returns and gives the food to Bulbul. They talk, and Bulbul worries about Sulakshana and Vardhan’s medicines, Vyom’s homework, and Varnika’s stress due to Drishti. She expresses her determination to stay connected to the family, stating her bond with them, though perhaps wrong, is rooted in love. Vayu promises to handle everything at home but insists Bulbul must return. Bulbul declares she’s bound to the family and would leave only upon death.
The attendant, noticing Bulbul has finished her food, calls Ratan to report. Ratan reminds her of what needs to be done next. Vayu leaves, and shortly after, Bulbul starts feeling drowsy and faints. Veer, sensing something is wrong, receives a call from the attendant who pretends to panic, saying Bulbul is unresponsive. Veer immediately rushes to the juvenile home, calling Dhruv and asking him to bring a doctor.
When Veer arrives, the attendant initially resists letting him in, but Veer asserts his authority as the ACP of Ajmer. She eventually allows him inside. Veer enters the room, only to be shocked by what he sees.
