Mera Balam Thanedaar 20th November 2024 Written Update

The episode begins with Veer venting his anger and throwing a file down. Bulbul enters and picks up the file. She apologizes to the file, saying, “Sorry, file,” and then adds, “Sorry on my thanedar sa’s behalf.” She continues, “My thanedar sa is aati cute pati cute, but he looks dangerous when he’s angry.” She admits, “I get scared of him when he’s angry, just now he made Vansh taste his scolding.” Veer responds, “He should be thankful I didn’t break his bones. My parents brought him here for treatment, and he pushed my mother.” Bulbul grows anxious and thinks, *What will happen when he finds out that Vansh is this family’s son, and Maasa is his mother and not yours?* She wonders, *Maybe Babasa hasn’t hidden the truth from you after all.* Veer says, “I’ll settle scores with him.” Bulbul hugs him from behind to stop him. He pulls away but she insists on hugging him. Veer softly places his hand on her head.

Later, Bulbul reflects, *Should I tell thanedar sa the truth?* She hesitates, recalling Baba sa’s oath. *I broke thanedar sa’s heart once—what if he gets weakened after learning the truth? What if I can’t handle him?* She wonders if he will feel separated from the family, but also wonders if he will accept Vansh as his brother. *Maasa and Baba sa have four sons. I’ll ask Baba sa to tell the truth to thanedar sa.* She goes to Vardhan and says, “Thanedar sa doesn’t know the truth, but he will love Vansh as much as he loves Vayu and Vishesh bhai sa.” Vardhan shakes his head and replies, “We can’t tell him the truth now, it will break him to know that he’s not the son of this house.”

Drishti tries to manipulate Vishesh against Veer, but he remains firm and refuses to believe her words. Drishti says, “Pandit ji mentioned the ups and downs in Veer’s life, and Bulbul brought that guy home.” She claims, “I’m saying this because I’m pregnant, and I’m thinking about my child.” Vishesh walks away, and Drishti thinks to herself that she needs to do something drastic.

Vardhan tells Bulbul that Veer will not understand the truth. She replies, “I’ll make him understand.” Just then, Veer enters and asks, “What’s going on?” Bulbul thinks to herself, *It’s thanedar sa’s right to know the truth about his life.* She walks up to him and hugs him. Veer asks, “What happened? Why are you crying?” Bulbul responds, “What if you suddenly found out that your family, your home, your parents, were not your own?” Veer looks shocked and taken aback. He warns, “Don’t joke like that.” Bulbul hesitates but decides to lie, saying, “I saw a film where the hero discovers, after 27 years, that he was swapped in the hospital, and his real family is someone else.” She asks, “Will the deep connection with his parents and siblings break? Will his love for them vanish?” She thinks, *I want to show Baba sa that his fears are baseless. You will never consider this family as strangers.* Veer responds, “That guy can never say that his family is his; everything will feel like a lie for him, and his life will be ruined.”

Sulakshana enters and says, “Veer is right.” She adds, “A mother loves her own blood, the child she carries in her womb for nine months, and others are strangers to her.” Veer kisses her forehead, saying, “Everything I am is because of you, my identity is because of you. If someone even jokes that I’m not your son, I’ll break.” He hugs her tightly. Sulakshana says, “You are my life,” and tears of joy fill her eyes as she smiles. “I gave you birth, and I love you more than you can imagine.” Vayu chimes in, “Yes, Maa…we are all your children.”

Vishesh asks Sulakshana to make something for them, and she agrees. Bulbul thinks to herself, *If Veer finds out the truth, he’ll be shattered.* Drishti, meanwhile, is suspicious of Bulbul, thinking, *Bulbul was with Baba sa, so when did she watch that film?* Vardhan tells Bulbul, “That’s why I don’t want Veer to know the truth, and I don’t want Vansh to leave either.” Bulbul reassures him, “Vansh won’t go anywhere.” She notices Drishti watching them and catches her eye. Drishti claims she is leaving and walks away. Bulbul then locks Vansh’s room door. Veer arrives and notices, looking upset. Bulbul explains that she’s put water for him and asks him to talk to his new brother. He leaves to find Vansh. Bulbul thinks, *He looks so hot when he’s angry. I need to calm him down.* She follows him and offers him ice cream. Veer refuses, saying, “I won’t eat, it’ll fall on my shirt.” Bulbul mischievously puts ice balls in his shirt, saying, “I’m calming your anger.” He falls back on the bed, and she accidentally falls on top of him. A song plays in the background…

Meanwhile, Vansh regains consciousness and tries to leave the room but finds the door locked. Bulbul hears the sound of knocking and realizes it’s Vansh. She tells Veer, “It’s my heartbeat you’re hearing, can’t you hear it?” He dismisses it, saying, “I only hear knocking on the door.” Bulbul grows anxious as Veer heads toward the door to check.
