Megha Barsenge 9th October 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Arjun arriving to meet Megha. He wakes Manoj up and teases him upon seeing the pit. Arjun jokingly tells Manoj to sleep inside the pit. Manoj, irritated, tells Arjun to stop coming between him and Megha like he always does. Arjun responds, saying he won’t allow Manoj to get close to Megha and threatens to bury him in the pit, planting a Neem tree over it. Megha smiles at the banter. Manoj then sarcastically says that Megha must be pleased that two men are fighting over her. He offers parathas made by Megha to a neighbor. Arjun quips that they take care of poor people, adding that he will also take care of Manoj. The two men start arguing.
Surinder enters and asks Arjun why he is there. Arjun apologizes, acknowledging that Surinder had told him not to interfere, but he felt he had no choice. Meanwhile, Manoj makes a scene, beating a plate and calling out to Megha. He continues with his drama. Ranjeeta observes this and comments that Manoj is tarnishing Megha’s reputation. Surinder, hearing this, gets angry. Arjun warns that Manoj is trying to provoke them and says this is only the beginning. He adds that he has seen such situations in Georgia and tells Surinder that she can’t handle it alone. Arjun offers to stay and help.
Manoj declares his love for Megha, saying that while he trusts her, the world is cruel, and he can’t predict people’s true intentions. Arjun remarks that they have to fight Manoj on his level to defeat him, as Manoj’s only interest is their money and enjoying himself. Megha then suggests they should give Manoj what he wants, revealing that she has a plan and asks for Arjun’s help. Arjun, pretending to be lighthearted, says he thought he was there just to eat parathas. Megha responds, noting that he always makes fun of her.
Arjun asks Megha to share her plan, which she does. Everyone claps in approval. Manoj, watching from the balcony, sees Arjun stepping out of the house and dancing. Manoj becomes suspicious. Kirpal brings something to Arjun, and Arjun cautions him to be careful, mentioning that it’s important. Manoj tries to see what it is.
The song *Tashan Mein* plays as Megha closes the door. Manoj becomes increasingly suspicious. He watches Arjun unbox a package and notices it contains Dandiya sticks. Soon, everyone starts playing Dandiya and dancing to *Kamariya*. Manoj walks away, while Megha and Arjun share a smile.
Navjot approaches Arjun and wakes him up. She scolds him in front of everyone. Manoj watches from a distance, amused by their interaction. Arjun tells Navjot he will listen to everything, but not there, and asks her to come with him. She scolds him, saying they should be ashamed as everyone is laughing at them. She demands that he come home with her, but he refuses. Arjun asserts that he has learned from his father that a man should stand by his family, and he won’t back down until Manoj leaves. Navjot, frustrated, scolds Megha’s family before storming off. Arjun tells her that he came of his own will and asks her to leave. Once she does, Arjun returns to Megha.
As night falls, Arjun and Megha, along with their family members, dance together. Manoj watches them while eating samosas. One of the men present mentions that Manoj is the sponsor of the Navratri party, telling him that the bill for the party has been made in his name. Shocked, Manoj denies agreeing to this, asking who said so. The man replies that it was a lady who informed them. Manoj looks at Megha in disbelief and sarcastically says, “She told you that, and you believed her? Go ask her for the money.”
The man, unconvinced, calls some goons to recover the money. Manoj turns to Megha and asks why they are demanding money from him. Megha reminds him that she is his wife, pointing out that he had declared this in court. She questions why he is suddenly hesitating to bear her expenses. Just then, someone arrives. Arjun steps forward, hugging Manoj, and praises him for his generosity, saying that by hosting the party, he has won Arjun’s heart. Megha turns to Manoj and insists that he must pay. She firmly states that as her husband, it’s his duty to cover the costs. If he refuses, he should clarify that there is no relationship between them.
