Megha Barsenge 8th October 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Manoj narrowly avoiding the hot water and saving himself. He smiles. Later that night, Arjun calls Megha and sends her an audio message. He explains that his mother is unwell, so he’s at home and will come to meet her once his father returns. He adds, “Don’t get angry, okay?” Navjot arrives and asks Arjun to select a girl. She shows him pictures of different girls and praises them. Arjun laughs and tosses all the pictures aside, saying, “This is my answer.” Navjot scolds him, but Arjun firmly responds, “Megha and Manoj will get divorced.” Navjot, however, retorts, “They’ll patch things up, and then you can go buy toys for Megha’s kids.” Annoyed, Arjun leaves.
Manoj then calls Megha, and an argument ensues. He accuses her of spoiling all the fun and taunts, “Do you remember our wedding night?” Megha, disgusted, tells him to stop his nonsense. But Manoj continues, saying, “I remember it well, and I’m coming inside your house. Then we’ll be together again.” Megha is shocked.
“You can’t come inside!” she exclaims, but Manoj insists, “I will. It’s your choice to meet me alone or involve your family.” In a panic, Megha rushes to the balcony and sees Manoj. She calls out to everyone.
They gather around, asking her what’s wrong. Megha tells them, “Manoj called and said he’s coming inside the house.” Ranjeeta quickly responds, “I’ll call the police.” Manoj calls again, and Ranjeeta confronts him, saying, “What’s this drama? I’ll call the police.” But Manoj calmly replies, “Good, let them come. I’ll show the court papers, and they’ll escort me straight to Megha’s room. After all, I’m her husband.”
The family tries to reassure Megha, telling her not to be afraid. They lock all the windows and doors. Suddenly, Megha screams, and everyone rushes to her. “What happened?” they ask, concerned. Megha, clearly terrified, says, “I felt like Manoj was here.” Goldie tries to calm her down, saying, “He isn’t here.”
Still shaken, Megha says, “The 20 minutes are almost up. Manoj could come inside and do anything.” Ranjeeta assures her, “Don’t worry. We’ll handle it.” But Megha, determined, says, “We can’t keep living in fear.”
Together, they step outside to confront Manoj. He mocks them, saying, “You’ve come out, but you should have brought something for me to eat.” Megha, exasperated, asks, “What do you want? Just tell me.”
Manoj, with a menacing tone, says, “That fear in your eyes should never fade.” He scolds Megha, deliberately provoking her. He then challenges her, “I will humiliate all of you. You should have just stayed happy as an abandoned woman. But no, you followed me all the way to Georgia. You’ll come to me, and you’ll apologize.”
As tensions rise, Ranjeeta and Goldie shout at him, but Surinder intervenes, saying, “Let him speak.” Manoj, with a chilling calm, says, “It’s my promise.”
