Megha Barsenge 31st December 2024 Written Update

The episode starts with Arjun and Megha talking on a video call. She compliments him, and they share a smile. She promises him that they won’t get angry with each other. He assures her that he will try to handle the situation. Goldie argues with Talwar, demanding that she meet him. She hesitates, saying she’s with her family and it’s late, but he insists she come to the circuit house immediately. After ending the call, he sees Shagun, who asks about the circuit house at such an hour, considering the cold weather. She offers to help if there’s a problem. He scolds her for making his life difficult. Megha notices Goldie leaving and wonders where she is going at night. The morning arrives, and Mandeep comes to Navjot, asking her to come and see something. Arjun receives the appliances and money, instructing the men to deliver the items to Megha’s house. Navjot comments that he’s doing a good deed by donating. Arjun replies sarcastically, saying his food will digest with her compliments. They argue, and Megha wonders about the items. When the delivery man confirms that it’s from Arjun, she gets upset, saying he’s lost his mind. She tells him not to count the money and to leave. She then reads Arjun’s note and smiles. Riya enters, seeing the things, and praises Arjun. Megha agrees with her. Shagun, surprised by the delivery, asks why Arjun sent all that. Navjot mentions that Megha could have controlled her daughter-in-law better, especially with the case filed against Talwar, urging her to support Megha more. She then asks if Talwar has returned home. Goldie returns home, looking around. Megha stops her, questioning her absence in the morning. Goldie lies, saying she went for a walk. Megha gets angry and storms off to her room. Riya, concerned, asks if Goldie went to a secret party. Megha dismisses it and says she will talk to her later.

While buying vegetables, Megha and Riya notice Dolly observing them. Megha taunts Dolly, and Shagun arrives, insulting Megha for taking advantage of Arjun’s money. Megha suggests they go home to talk. Dolly asks Shagun to join her, but Shagun criticizes Megha, accusing her of using Arjun to raise someone else’s child. She insults Megha further, reminding her of how she had become Arjun’s wife after being abandoned and how hard she works to raise her baby. Megha, hurt, begins to cry. Shagun scolds her for not revealing that the baby is Manoj’s, even though Talwar had saved her from her first husband. Shagun storms off angrily.

Megha and Riya return home. Megha orders Kripal to send everything back to Arjun’s house. Surinder insists that Arjun sent the items with good intentions. Megha agrees but says his family isn’t happy about it.

Shagun performs Talwar’s aarti and wishes him well, while Navjot does the tilak and offers blessings. Megha watches quietly and greets both Talwar and Navjot. Navjot asks her to step back, and Megha apologizes, explaining she wasn’t aware of the enquiry. She asks if they can’t reveal Manoj’s truth—that he kidnapped her and wanted to harm her and her baby. Navjot dismisses her, accusing her of playing games. She challenges Talwar to leave, and he does. Megha asserts that Shagun made her realize the truth—that this baby is illegitimate in their eyes, but it’s still her baby, and she doesn’t need their support to raise him. Kripal returns the goods, and Megha directs him to store them. She says she respects Shagun, and it will happen as they want. Returning the money, she mentions keeping Arjun’s letter with her. Navjot smiles, thinking she will soon close the doors of Megha’s house for good and is eager to see how her plans unfold.
