Megha Barsenge 27th December 2024 Written Update
The episode starts with Surinder telling Arjun that he should have consulted his family and considered their feelings. Megha says, “Fine, we will go back now.” Arjun asks Megha to step outside and wait. He then asks Surinder to sit down. He says, “You told me to marry Megha if I loved her, and I did. My family was upset even then, but today they have accepted our relationship. Megha and I are excited about this baby, and we want to keep it. Please try to see it from our perspective, and you’ll understand. You will be happy for us.” Surinder replies, “I’m happy that Megha has a supportive husband like you, but you don’t realize how many answers you’ll need to give if you go through with this. I’ve seen a lot in life, and even your family elders don’t want this baby.” Arjun responds, “Fine, I will ask Megha to abort the baby, and she will be devastated. Can you stand by and watch her fall apart? A woman’s father and husband are everything to her. You want us to tell her that we aren’t there for her? Can you live with that?” They hear Megha scream. Surinder rushes to her. He asks, “Are you hurt?” Arjun replies, “She fell because of me. You seem so concerned for her, but you were ready to let her break down.” Megha says, “This tile came off. We need to get it fixed before someone else falls.” Arjun says, “I’ll call the contractor.”
He gets the tile fixed and jokes with Megha. Megha hugs him and says, “How do you manage everything so well? Thank you, you are a genius! Now, I have to handle my in-laws. Let’s go.” Arjun replies, “I’ll go. I’ve decided that you should stay here with your parents. It will be safer for you here.” She asks, “Stop joking, tell me the truth. What’s really going on in your heart?” He says, “Nothing.” She asks, “Why do you say that? Do you regret marrying me?” Tears fill her eyes.
Arjun responds, “No, listen to me.” She says, “I just want to know the truth. Why can’t we stay together?” He says, “It’s not safe, there’s negativity in the house about you and the baby.” She replies, “If we stay together, we can fix everything.” He says, “But we won’t. My new project is starting, and I might have to be out of the city for days. I can’t leave you and the baby alone.” She says, “I’ll stay with you, please don’t push me away.” He replies, “Stay here. I’ll have peace of mind knowing you’re safe.” She asks, “Am I ever part of your decisions? You always make them alone. Go, Arjun, this happened to me before.” He says, “No, you’re mistaken.” He hugs her.
He tells her, “You are my home.” He kisses her and says, “I will keep coming here and staying here.” She steps back. He leaves. He meets Ranjeeta and Surinder. He walks out into the rain. Megha follows him into the rain. He gets in the car and drives away. Megha cries.
Arjun arrives home. Shagun asks, “Where did Megha go?” Arjun answers, “To her home.” She says, “I don’t understand what’s happening here. When will she return?” He replies, “She won’t come back until this house is safe for her and the baby.” Navjot gets angry. Shagun walks away. Navjot says, “Then Megha will never come back here. I won’t let her return. I’ll make sure she becomes an abandoned woman.”
