Megha Barsenge 26th September 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Goldie asking the reporters to stop and scolding them for their inappropriate behavior. Ranjeeta turns to Megha and questions what’s going on. Arjun loses his temper and yells, “Enough, step back, stop harassing the family!” He directs Surinder to get into the white car and orders the reporters not to touch them. One of the reporters asks a sleazy question, “Who did she celebrate her honeymoon with, you or Manoj?” Arjun, furious, confronts the reporter, “How dare you ask something like that?” The reporter retorts, “You can’t do this to the media.” Arjun warns, “Ask another cheap question, and you’ll see what I can do.” When another reporter asks what his relationship with Megha is, Arjun slaps him, declaring, “Anyone else want to ask something?” The reporters begin arguing, and the situation escalates until the police arrive to disperse them. Megha, in tears, is comforted by Arjun, who reassures her, “This is all Manoj’s doing. I’ll fix everything. Go home and rest.” Megha, visibly shaken, heads home with her family.
At home, Surinder is bewildered, asking, “What were those reporters talking about?” Arjun, trying to keep his composure, responds, “Manoj did this deliberately.” Ranjeeta then turns to Arjun, pressing, “Why did the reporters link your name with Megha’s? What happened in Georgia?” She turns to Megha, encouraging her to explain. Megha, through sobs, shares the horrifying truth about Manoj, recounting everything from the beginning. Arjun, trying to console her, says, “Relax, Manoj is no longer here. You’re with your family now, and everything will be okay.” Goldie and Ranjeeta hold Megha, offering their support. Arjun, still upset, adds, “Megha is incredibly brave. Manoj’s actions are beyond disgusting, and I can’t even tell you everything out of shame. But that chapter is over now. We just need to give Megha some time.”
Surinder, still in shock, says, “I can’t believe all this.” Arjun, attempting to explain, adds, “There are some things I can’t even say out loud. But the important part is that it’s over. Let’s focus on giving Megha the support she needs.” Goldie, deeply emotional, hugs Megha and cries, “You’re strong, Megha.”
Surinder, still puzzled, asks, “But why did the reporters link you two together?” Arjun replies, “I had to tell them Megha was my wife to save her from being thrown in jail. Manoj tried to frame her, but by claiming she had diplomatic immunity through me, I was able to protect her.” Goldie chimes in, “Manoj is just trying to ruin Megha’s reputation.” Surinder, frustrated, exclaims, “Megha will have to bear all this, while Manoj enjoys his life in Georgia.” Arjun reassures her, “He won’t get away with this. When Megha files her case here, we have grounds: divorce, domestic violence, fraud. We’ll drag Manoj’s entire family into this.”
Megha, however, is disheartened. “Who will believe an unstable woman like me?” she says. “Manoj’s lies are already spreading. You’ve helped me so much, Arjun, and I’ve come back to my family because of you. But now, even your name is being dragged through the mud. How am I supposed to fight Manoj when he’s destroyed everything?”
Arjun firmly replies, “You are not defeated, Megha. You are stronger than this.” Megha shakes her head, saying, “No, this is exactly what Manoj wanted. I don’t know what to do anymore.” Surinder steps in, “Arjun, you should go home. You’ve done enough for today, and you need rest.” Arjun nods and leaves, but his troubles don’t end there. He soon receives a call from his superiors and heads to the office.
At the head office, the senior officers question Arjun about the situation with Megha. Arjun admits, “Yes, it’s true. I used my diplomatic immunity to protect Megha, but we’re not married.” The senior officer asks, “Do you realize the consequences of your actions?” Arjun replies, “Yes, I do.” The officer informs him, “There will be an internal investigation regarding your actions, and your job will be under review.”
