Megha Barsenge 22nd October 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Manoj leaving the house. Megha feels scared and quickly exits the building, rushing downstairs. As she cries and thinks about Manoj, she calls Arjun. She tells him that Manoj was in that flat, and although she didn’t see Nupur, she knows she was there too. Overwhelmed with fear, she expresses her distress. Arjun reassures her, saying he’ll be there in ten minutes. When he arrives, he meets her and expresses confusion about her visit to the flat. To lift her spirits, he suggests they grab some vada pav, a local delicacy in Mumbai. They head home together.
Arjun then shares information about Manoj that he obtained from Nupur’s workplace. Megha reflects on the choices women make for respect and love, mentioning that Nupur married Mathew willingly, and Amy returned to him as well. She tears up, and Arjun refrains from comforting her physically. Megha states that there won’t be any more Nupur, Megha, or Amy. Meanwhile, Manoj comes home looking for Megha, but Kripal informs him she is not there. Manoj grabs Kripal and demands to know Megha’s whereabouts. He says, “Surprise,” catching Megha off guard. When Manoj asks where she is, Kripal advises her not to tell him. Megha lies, claiming she’s in Delhi for a dance workshop. Manoj doubts her, insisting she’s with Arjun and asks to see her room. She refuses, and he intimidates Kripal. As she notices the information board, she throws her dupatta over it to cover it. Manoj dismisses it as a joke, telling her to come back soon because he loves her.
Later, Megha wakes up and searches for clues. She calls Surinder, who asks about her whereabouts. She reassures him that she is fine and apologizes for her sudden departure. He expresses concern, saying she hasn’t learned to lie. She insists that he won’t be angry if she tells him the truth. Surinder presses her for details about her location, and she confesses that she can’t let her family live in fear anymore. She asks for his help to put an end to Manoj’s threats, revealing everything to him. Surinder is taken aback by her revelations.
She urges him to do whatever it takes to gather the information she needs. Surinder replies, reminding her that she is his life, and if anything were to happen to her, he would be devastated. Megha reassures him and asks him to act quickly. Surinder manages to get the details and learns that Manoj underwent a kidney transplant. Just then, Manoj confronts him, taunting Megha’s curiosity and showing off his transplant scar. Surinder warns that Megha will put an end to him. In retaliation, Manoj pushes Surinder to the floor, causing him to bleed. Megha wakes up with a scream, praying for Surinder’s safety. As everyone rushes to help Surinder, Manoj escapes through the balcony. Megha then discovers the medical report details and thinks about Nupur.
