Megha Barsenge 16th October 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Megha washing Arjun’s feet. She remarks that it’s not essential for you to always help me. Arjun questions if she has come to settle scores. She replies that this is her city. He counters, stating that this is his Nanihaal, and he visits every year for Kanjak puja; he was doing well until his hands got dirty. Megha apologizes, admitting she has scolded him out of anger. He asks if she has changed her heart so quickly. She responds that her heart has always been clear; he has helped and encouraged her greatly. She has always viewed him as a friend, nothing more. She expresses that when he spoke yesterday, she felt as though she was losing a good friend and asks if they can remain good friends. He says that means compromise, which he refuses.
Sikandar follows Riya to the storeroom and shuts the door behind her, making her feel scared. He comments on her significant involvement in the temple service. Ranjeeta calls out to Riya. Sikandar states that the EMI has come to him now. Arjun asserts he is clear about his feelings and tells Megha that she can live her life well. Megha becomes emotional. Sikandar teases Riya, claiming he only wants to eat the kheer and suggests that sharing it will strengthen their bond. She declines and runs outside, shouting for Ranjeeta. Megha and Arjun turn to look. Sikandar emerges as Riya points him out. Ranjeeta reassures Riya not to be frightened. Megha picks up a ladle, and Arjun rushes to stop her, urging her to wait. Megha insists that he shouldn’t interfere. Arjun confronts Sikandar, demanding to know what he has done. Navjot arrives and states that Arjun has to intervene; they are brothers. Megha and her family are taken aback.
Navjot explains that they are her nephews, Sikandar Talwar and Arjun Talwar. She instructs Megha to step back. Megha challenges if this animal is really her brother, claiming he framed her mother in a false case. Navjot chastises her. Megha implores Arjun to recognize his family’s true nature, calling them two-faced. Arjun insists she shouldn’t involve his family. Megha questions what is happening, accusing Sikandar of misbehaving with Riya. Arjun inquires what Riya was doing with Sikandar.
Sikandar taunts, asking if she is your girl, right? Megha retorts that he should have slapped Sikandar when he had the chance. Navjot tells her to stand back. Megha threatens Sikandar, who asks why she took money if she can’t repay it. Arjun asks about the money. Megha explains that they didn’t take any; Manoj borrowed from him, so he should collect from him. Ranjeeta suggests he eat almonds to jog his memory. Megha tells the children to look closely at Sikandar’s face and not to be afraid of him. Arjun halts Megha from leaving, asking about Sikandar. Megha asserts that now he knows the truth; he has his answers, and there can’t be any possibility between them.
