Mangal Lakshmi 31st December 2024 Written Episode Update
Soumya sees Mangal in the hospital. She quickly runs away from there and hides in the store. Soumya says to herself, “If she heard me talking to the doctor, she’d tell Adit. I can’t lose him.” She locks Mangal in the store and leaves. Mangal hits her head and faints. Adit arrives. He asks, “Soumya, why are you running here?” She responds, “There was an insect.” He says, “Let’s go for sonography.” Soumya replies, “I already got it done. Our baby is safe.” Adit says, “I wanted to be there for my baby too.” She reassures him, “We’ll have many moments like these. Don’t worry.”
Kusum asks where Mangal is. Adit says, “I don’t know where she is. She didn’t come to work today, and she’s not picking up calls.” Soumya adds, “She would understand the professionalism.” Kusum grows worried for Mangal. Adit says, “She must have gone to her sister’s place.”
Scene 2
Mangal regains consciousness and tries to ask for help. She screams for assistance, but no one is around. Kusum and the kids are anxious about Mangal’s whereabouts. Akshar asks, “Papa, where is mummy? I want her back.” Mangal trembles from the cold. Shanti arrives at Kusum’s house, also worried. Kusum says, “We can’t find her, and we’re very worried too.” Shanti says, “Something has happened for sure. I knew she wasn’t safe in this house.” She adds, “No one is even trying to find her.” Ishana pleads, “Please, someone, go look for her.” Kusum says, “Come with me, Adit.”
Kusum and Adit ask around if anyone has seen Mangal. An auto driver recognizes her and mentions he dropped her off at the hospital, wondering why she went there. Kusum says, “Let’s go there now.” They reach the hospital, and the watchman says there’s no one there. Adit tells Kusum to go ahead.
Scene 3
Lakshmi splashes water on Raghuveer’s face, saying, “How can you drink today?” She hands him lemonade. Gayatri tells Jiya, “Take whatever money you want, but please save Karthik. Here’s a blank check.” Jiya responds, “This is not my price.” She screams and tells the media, “They’re trying to buy me.” Gayatri defends, “This is a misunderstanding.” Jiya declares, “See how they’re using money to silence me and force me to withdraw the case.” The media records it. The lawyer uses this in court, saying, “The girl is being silenced, which proves Karthik’s guilt. He shouldn’t be granted bail.”
Raghuveer enters. The judge says, “We can’t keep waiting for you.” He continues, “Gayatri trying to buy Jiya shows that Karthik is the real culprit. We’ll give our verdict in the next hearing.” Jiya’s lawyer praises, “Well done.” The police take Karthik away. Lakshmi reassures Raghuveer, “Everything will be fine.” Raghuveer tells Gayatri, “How could you do something like this? You’ve ruined my case. I’ll lose because of you. It’s all your fault. I won’t let you off the hook so easily. You’ll pay for this mistake.” He tries to blacken her face. Lakshmi stops him. He says, “Wow, so dramatic. Learn to be patient. I came fully prepared, and you wanted to bribe the other side? Stop trying to buy people with money.” Lakshmi asks, “What should we do now?” Gayatri retorts, “Should I trust a drunk man like you?” Raghuveer responds, “I shouldn’t have taken this case, but I did because your DIL trusted me. She came to me, tolerated everything. I saw the love she has for her husband, and that made me take the case.” Gayatri interrupts, “Stop giving me lectures.” He says, “And stop trying to buy people. I could’ve saved Karthik today. This MIL is the curse of your life.”
