Mangal Lakshmi 25th October 2024 Written Episode Update

Mangal stops Soumya. She asks, “What were you trying to do? Show Akshar about your marriage with Adit?” She continues, “You always say to speak the truth. Why should I stay away from my husband because of Akshar? I will tell him the truth. Why should I live in the guestroom? So you can share the bedroom with Adit? You have no relationship with him. I won’t let you do that.” Mangal replies, “You only think about yourself.” Soumya counters, “This is only about a few days. It’s been years we have been hiding from the kids, the world, and you. You kept acting like a saint. Adit and I suffered. I will get all the rights that you have. I will get the respect that you did.” Mangal says, “If you want everything I have, you might also get the cheating that I endured. My fate too.” Soumya responds, “Stop this drama. This is Adit’s house. You should have left this house, but you pretended to be his mother. You have no shame. How shameless are you? You want to take his house? I am not innocent either. I will make you suffer as well. He’s a decent man; he left because his mom asked and returned for the kids. But I am not that. I can do much more.” She reveals the divorce papers, saying, “I can get you kicked out of this house legally. You signed these papers. Think about how and when you signed them. Now stay within your limits. Don’t forget you’re a divorcee and I am Adit’s wife.” Shocked, Mangal replies, “You will be shocked.” She smiles and leaves.

Mangal returns with the original papers. She says, “I want to show you something.” As she reads the papers, she’s shocked. Mangal asks, “Shocked now?” Soumya replies, “The ones you have are forged. I never signed those papers. Did you try to blackmail my sister into getting my signatures? But she’s my sister at the end of the day. She didn’t fool me; she fooled you with these forged papers. Lipika might have fallen for our trap a bit, but she knows what family is. She’s not like you.” Soumya responds, “I will handle her.” Mangal says, “First, handle the truth. Adit and I are not divorced. I won’t call myself his wife still. My marriage isn’t based on a piece of paper. Relationships are made on emotions, not signatures.” Soumya asserts, “Adit loves me.” Mangal counters, “He’s my kids’ father as well. The kids want him here; that’s why he’s here, and so are you.” Soumya retorts, “He’s not here because of you. He’s here because of the kids. I will always be in his heart.” Mangal says, “You can be his wife. I don’t want to come between you two.” Soumya replies, “Stop lying.” Mangal says, “Come with me.”
Kusum walks to the market. Adit says, “Amma, I can drop you.” She responds, “I am used to pain now.”

Mangal states, “This is our temple. The purest place in our house. I gave you all rights as Adit’s wife today here.” She continues, “But you better behave with my family.” She adds, “I give you all the responsibility now. As Adit’s wife, you run and handle this house and family. Can you do that? Behave well with my family. Don’t try to intimidate them.”

Adit asks, “How long will you stay mad at me, Mom? I am your son.” She replies, “You were until you stopped caring about our upbringing. Now you’re with a woman that I don’t want anything to do with. Unfortunately, you are the son of our Akshar. Mangal gave you a place in the house because of Akshar. But that doesn’t give you a place in our hearts.” He insists, “I am still your son. I am still the father of my kids. I haven’t broken my relationship with all of you. You made me a sinner. I wasn’t happy in this marriage. I love Soumya. Please accept her. She’s my life.”

Mangal says, “Now you’re Adit’s wife. Do all the duties. Now take my place in this house and do all I do. Take all the responsibility.” Soumya laughs and replies, “You’re such a drama queen.” She adds, “You housewives create so much drama over house chores. I handle internal projects. This is nothing for me. You couldn’t handle your marriage; you’d challenge me?” Mangal responds, “For that one relationship, you have to handle a lot more. You need honesty to run a house.” Soumya says, “Don’t worry; I will take all your relationships.” Then she proposes, “Let’s do a challenge. If I prove to be a better wife and DIL than you, then you have to leave this house.” Mangal replies, “I accept.”

Kusum remarks, “I can never give that girl a chance. You’re so shameless, just like her. You left such a good wife for that evil girl. You will suffer for your mistakes.” She leaves. Mangal says, “I accept, but my only condition is that Akshar shouldn’t know.” Soumya agrees.

Lakshmi shows a saree she made for Mangal to Karthik. She says, “I will give this to her on Diwali.” Karthik looks stressed, and she asks, “What happened?” He replies, “My three shows got canceled in the last week. This was the busiest period of the year last year, but this time I don’t have any shows.” Gayatri comments, “This had to happen. What’s so surprising? You were so dedicated. You forgot your professionalism because of Lakshmi. You stayed home and canceled all the shows.” He defends, “She wasn’t well.” She responds, “We could hire any staff, but there’s only one of you who could perform. People replace you so easily these days.” Lakshmi apologizes, “I am sorry; I am responsible for all this.” Karthik replies, “You’re my wife. I couldn’t leave you alone in that condition. How would I face myself?” She says, “Your work suffered.” He asks, “Would you leave me for work if I was sick? Don’t blame yourself.” Gayatri leaves in anger.

Kusum comes home and sees packed products ordered. She asks, “What is all this?” Lakshmi responds, “I ordered all this. It’s all organic. Should I get water for you, Amma?” Kusum snaps, “What Amma? I am not your mom. I am letting you stay here as a guest. You have no right.” Lakshmi says, “Mangal gave me the right to be your DIL.” Kusum is shocked. She retorts, “Don’t you dare play these games.” Lakshmi says, “Ask Mangal if she’d tell.” Kusum confronts Mangal, “I told you not to let this girl come into this house. She’s saying you gave her this right?” Mangal replies, “Adit never considered me his wife. He has his wife of choice now; then let her be his wife.” Kusum questions, “How can you make that decision without asking me?” Mangal pleads, “I request you. Please give Soumya the right to be Adit’s wife.”
