Mangal Lakshmi 25th December 2024 Written Episode Update

The landlord comes to Mangal’s house. Kusum asks what happened. He says, “Where is the rent?” She replies, “I gave you the cheque.” He says, “It bounced.” She responds, “There’s money in my account.” He replies, “So the banker is lying?” The banker told me you stopped the cheque.” She says, “Why would I do that?” He says, “I won’t listen to you.” He reminds her that she told him not to tell anyone she’s paying half the amount. She asks for one more day to find out why the cheque didn’t clear. He gives her until tomorrow morning, saying if he doesn’t get the money, she should ask her daughter-in-law to leave. Mangal comes in. Kusum says, “You…” and takes off her earrings. Mangal asks what the landlord was saying. She says, “He was just asking if everything is fine.” Mangal says, “You’re hurt. Don’t walk outside.” She replies, “I just came to see you.” Mangal says, “I made oil for your foot.” Kusum leaves.

Kusum returns home and wonders who stopped the cheque. Soumya asks, “Is everything okay?” She replies, “Yes.” Soumya then reveals she called the bank and blocked the cheque. Kusum says, “No, Mangal’s donation should end.” They sit to eat. Soumya asks for ghee in the daal. Kusum says she’ll add it. Mangal makes halwa for Kusum. Kusum goes near the ghee and faints. Adit holds her. He asks, “What happened?” They give her water. Adit takes her outside. Sudesh says she’s allergic to ghee. He asks to call Mangal since she knows what to do. Adit calls Mangal, who rushes there and gives Kusum steam. Mangal asks, “How did you go near ghee?” Kusum says she needed it for the daal. Soumya says, “How was I supposed to know?” Mangal replies, “Can’t you do it yourself? You’re pregnant, not sick. If you can go to work and party, why can’t you make your own food?” She tells Adit, “Can you see her condition? She can’t even walk.” Kusum says, “I’m not used to working anymore. I’m sorry for bothering you.” Mangal says, “I’m worried about both of you. You have so much work to do. You can’t handle it.” Soumya says, “So you expect me to work in this condition?” Mangal responds, “Do your own work.” She says, “Amma, Papa, come live with me.” Adit says, “What are you saying?” She replies, “It’s unfair to them. They need care.” Kusum says, “I can’t do all of this.” Adit says, “Then bring Mangal back to this house.” Soumya says, “What?” Kusum says, “If I can’t go there, she can come here.” She asks Mangal. Mangal says, “If you want, I can come back for both of you.” Soumya says, “What? Tell her, Adit, she can’t come back here.” Mangal says, “I’m only concerned about Amma and her condition. You said you can’t take care of them.” Soumya replies, “Don’t act smart. You can’t come back here. Get out right now.” Soumya drags Mangal out. Mangal says, “Who are you to ask me to leave? I left by my choice. If I need to come back, I will. Who gave you the right?” Soumya says, “You’ve lost your right. You’re not related to Adit. Don’t forget your worth.” Mangal says, “We’re still not divorced. I have every right to live in this house. You better think about your worth.” Soumya says, “Adit, tell her to leave right now.” Adit says, “Don’t stress. We’ll talk about it.” She says, “I won’t tolerate this.” Kusum hugs Mangal and says, “I know you don’t want to stay here.” Mangal says, “Nothing is more important than your health. I was very worried about you. You’ve suffered so much.” Kusum hugs her. Sudesh says, “Our Lakshmi is coming back.”

Gayatri goes to Jiya’s house. The maid says she’s not home. Gayatri says, “Please call her.” Jiya comes outside and asks, “What happened?” Gayatri says, “Please take the case back. Please, he’s in pain. I can’t see him like this.” Jiya says, “I don’t need to talk to you.” Gayatri says, “Please, I apologize.” Jiya says, “Get out of my house.” Gayatri says, “Didn’t you love Karthik?” Jiya says, “Get out!” and shuts the door. Gayatri cries outside.

Lakshmi says to Mangal, “I am a curse for real. It all happened because of me.” Mangal says, “Don’t let their words affect you.” Lakshmi says, “I got one proof and lost it.” Mangal says, “There will be more proofs. You have to keep your faith. God is with you. He risked his life for you. Don’t let his faith waver. Tell me you won’t give up.”

Raghuveer calls Lakshmi. She asks, “Who is it?” He says, “You entered my house yesterday. I didn’t ask with such anger.” She says, “Are you ready to take the case?” He says, “Meet me at the mall right now.” She says, “At this time?” He says, “You have 20 minutes.” Lakshmi leaves. Nidhi says, “Where are you going? Mom told you not to create more problems. Stay away from all this.” Lakshmi replies, “I’m not his enemy. Please, I have to go.” Nidhi says, “Go back to your room. Mom is already worried. Go back to your room.” Lakshmi is worried.

Gayatri requests the inspector to let her meet Karthik. He refuses. Lakshmi jumps from the window. Gayatri hears Karthik asking for water. She says, “Please give him water.” Gayatri meets Karthik. Lakshmi meets Raghuveer. He orders momos for her. He says, “You can’t handle them.” She says, “What?” He says, “Give it a try. I want to see the fire in you.” The cook says, “Not everyone can see his customized momos.” Gayatri cries. The inspector asks her to leave. Raghuveer says, “I need to see the courage in you.” He says, “Sonu, bring the red chutney with poison.” He adds it on the momos. Lakshmi eats them and coughs from the spices. Lakshmi keeps eating them.

Gayatri asks, “Did you eat anything?” The inspector says, “He’s not in a cafe. You went to Jiya’s place to pressure her? She complained against you.” Karthik asks, “Why did you go there?” She replies, “Only to request.” He says, “She wants us all to beg her. Do you think I did this?” She says, “No, I trust you completely.” They drag her out.

Lakshmi asks, “What should I do next for you to take Karthik’s case?” He asks, “How is your relationship with Karthik? I heard you had an arranged marriage. Was she really his girlfriend before the wedding?” She says, “How is that related?” He says, “I’ll question and you’ll answer. One answer can turn you innocent or guilty in court. Sit down and answer. I want to know everything. Was Karthik lying? What happened at the wedding? Did he really lose his track on the wedding? Did your husband do that?” Lakshmi slaps him. She says, “I expected this from the wrong person. You’re accusing him? I’m leaving now.”
