Mangal Lakshmi 13th January 2025 Written Episode Update

Christina announces that Mangal has yet to arrive and comments on her lateness. Eisha confidently states that Mangal is on her way, but Christina insists that rules are rules and declares herself the winner, eager to claim the trophy. Just then, Mangal arrives on time, and Adit runs to her, embracing her with joy. Eisha captures the heartfelt moment on video. Meanwhile, Sowmya grows suspicious that Mangal is manipulating Adit, recalling how he yelled at her for the first time because of Mangal. She wonders if Mangal’s disappearance was a planned move, especially since she stopped Sowmya from accompanying Adit to Sri Lanka.

Adit shares his concern for Mangal and asks where she had been. Mangal explains everything, and Adit expresses regret for leaving her behind, admitting that it was a mistake. Mangal, however, points out that he has a tendency to leave her alone. Steve, impressed by her strength, applauds her as a survivor. Eisha translates his words to Mangal and tells her that Steve has always believed in her resilience. Sowmya watches Mangal quietly and becomes suspicious. She notices Mangal drinking from a steel glass and mocks herself for wasting time with the others. Shanti, observing Sowmya in her frustrated state, stays silent.

Mangal thanks Steve for his support, but Christina insists that Mangal should be disqualified for being late. Mangal defends herself, explaining how hard she tried to reach on time. Eisha informs Mangal that Christina is adamant about canceling the competition and wants her to accept defeat. Steve intervenes, reminding everyone that he is in charge, and declares that Mangal arrived with a minute to spare. He announces that the competition will resume after a break. Mangal thanks him, relieved.

Before the competition starts, Adit insists on tending to Mangal’s wounds. Meanwhile, Sowmya daydreams about enjoying the beach with Adit instead of staying with the older members of the household. She mocks her misfortune as Kusum and Shanti play cards nearby. Shanti wins the game, and Kusum receives a message that makes her ecstatic. She dances with joy and shows Shanti a picture of Adit hugging Mangal.

Shanti observes how peaceful and happy Adit looks in the photo, commenting that he never even held Mangal’s hand before but now embraces her warmly. She shares her happiness with Kusum. Sowmya, noticing the sudden excitement, becomes suspicious and checks a video, realizing the truth: everyone is trying to bring Adit and Mangal back together. She grows furious, feeling betrayed by Adit and Eisha, who she believes is supporting the plan. She then receives a call from an unknown number.

The anchor announces the next phase of the competition: participants must prepare a main dish and a dessert. Christina, wanting to make the competition tougher, declares she will cook an Indian dish and challenges Mangal to make a continental dish. Eisha translates the challenge, and Christina pressures Mangal to admit defeat. However, Mangal firmly states that she won’t give up without giving her best effort, earning applause as the competition begins.

Elsewhere, Karthik confronts Gayathri, demanding the truth. In her thoughts, Gayathri admits she orchestrated everything for him but fears his anger. She imagines Karthik cutting ties with her and Umesh scolding her. Coming out of her thoughts, Gayathri stops Jia from revealing her secrets, pleading that Karthik would despise her if he knew. She promises Jia her full cooperation.

Later, Lakshmi unknowingly interrupts Gayathri and Jia. Jia hides but texts Gayathri to warn her. Karthik apologizes to Lakshmi for his mistakes, calling her his strength. Lakshmi assures him that she will get him out on bail. Grateful, Karthik thanks Raghveer for helping save Lakshmi.

Gayathri lies to her family, claiming she is visiting a temple. Lakshmi offers to join her, but Gayathri declines. When alone with Jia, Gayathri admits she tried to harm Lakshmi for Jia’s sake, though she is not a professional killer. Jia, disgusted, lashes out and threatens to expose her. Gayathri falls at her feet, begging for forgiveness, but accidentally falls off a cliff during their confrontation. Jia is horrified and rushes home to confess to her mother, explaining everything that happened.

That night, Nidhi notices Lakshmi walking alone, while Jia panics about the missing watch she dropped near the cliff. Her mother urges her to retrieve it immediately. At the site, Jia finds her watch but is startled to see Lakshmi there, leaving her in shock.
