Maati Se Bandhi Dor 7th October 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Ranvijay feeling unwell. Milind and Aaji attend to him, urging him to take his medicine. Ranvijay insists that he will eat and take his medication only when Vaiju arrives. Kailash comes in with the ration and informs Aai that Ranvijay has given him money for it, enough to last a year. Aaji scolds him, questioning why he spent money. Ranvijay defends himself, asking why he can’t contribute, reminding her that he isn’t an outsider. He adds that Vaiju’s exam should have concluded by now, and he plans to fetch her. Milind offers to get her, but Ranvijay insists on going himself.
When Vaiju arrives, she rushes to support him as he stumbles. Concerned, she asks Milind why he hasn’t taken better care of Ranvijay. Milind replies that he is doing his best, but Ranvijay is resistant. Vaiju reprimands Ranvijay for not looking after himself. Aaji explains that he was waiting for her and wished to have his food and medicine brought by her. Vaiju smiles at this.
Ranvijay inquires about her exam, and she tells him it went well, but the next paper is in three days. She insists he should take his medicine first while she prepares food. Aaji offers to serve him, but Vaiju insists on doing it herself. Aaji says he is not from the village and should return home. Milind decides to leave, and Vaiju thanks him, urging him to stay for a meal. He insists he belongs to the village and will eat whatever is available, then takes his leave.
Kailash asks Milind to drop him off. After Milind departs, Ranvijay tosses the pill aside. Vaiju asks him what’s wrong, and he dismisses it, insisting he’s fine and should focus on the villagers. Upset, he lies down. Vasundara is in tears, and Sulekha tries to console her. Vasundara expresses pride in Rana, lamenting that he lied and has not contacted them, making it hard to answer Jaya’s questions. Jaya arrives and hugs Vasundara, apologizing and vowing to find out Rana’s whereabouts.
Meanwhile, Vaiju takes care of Ranvijay, who accuses her of abandoning him when he needed her most. He recalls that he had cared for her and feels hurt that she left the saree he gifted her behind. Vaiju responds, stating she did it for his own good, not wanting him to worry about her. Ranvijay declares that he wouldn’t want a life without her. Vaiju becomes emotional, and he questions why she saved him if she planned to leave. She insists it wasn’t pity. Ranvijay declares he’ll leave and never return, asking her to stay put and not come looking for him. Vaiju begs him to stop, urging him to consider her feelings as well.
He wipes her tears, and the song “Tum bhi aao na…” plays as they reminisce about their moments together. Jaya arrives at the mill, searching for something, and Joshi inquires about her needs. She expresses her concern for Ranvijay and her desire to locate him. Morning arrives, and Ranvijay wakes to find Vaiju asleep on his chest. Startled, she quickly moves away. The villagers come to visit Ranvijay and Vaiju. Jaya continues her search for Ranvijay, expressing her worry. Vaiju apologizes for falling asleep, and Ranvijay reassures her that it’s alright. She checks his temperature, noting it has decreased. Ranvijay jokes that his fever was scared off by her presence, insisting that nothing can harm him with her by his side. Vaiju urges him to prepare to leave, acknowledging that Jaya must be waiting for him. A villager informs that they had made double profits and brought fruits for them. Joshi remarks that they aren’t there, but the man insists they are married and always together. Jaya, overhearing, is taken aback by the revelation.
