The episode begins with Jaya and Ranvijay performing the puja. Vasundara offers Jaya some sweets, but Jaya declines, expressing that she feels nauseous. She asks Vasundara and the others to hold on for the surprise. Taking Vaiju aside, she confides her worries. Vaiju reassures her, encouraging her to take a deep breath and share what’s bothering her. Jaya asks for her support, and Vaiju agrees, wanting to see her happy. They then dance to “Chama ke cham… Pinga…,” but Jaya suddenly faints, causing concern among everyone. Ranvijay quickly lifts Jaya and carries her inside.
As everyone gathers around Jaya, she mentions that she doesn’t feel like eating and is experiencing nausea. Vasundara interprets this as good news. Both Ranvijay and Vaiju are left in shock. Vasundara excitedly declares that Jaya is pregnant, making Ranvijay soon to be a dad. She rushes off to inform everyone. Rao Sahab inquires about the commotion, and Vasundara tells him that he is going to become a grandfather. The family celebrates the joyous news, congratulating Ranvijay and Jaya. Naagraj suggests they throw a celebration, but Ranvijay insists they should consult a doctor first. Rao Sahab agrees, reminding Ranvijay that it’s his duty to keep Jaya happy. Meanwhile, Ragini sits outside the house in tears. Vasundara takes Jaya to see the doctor and asks if everything is alright. The doctor confirms that she is fine but… Vaiju approaches Ragini, questioning her somber mood. Ragini explains that it reminds her of her own pregnancy, recalling how Sandeep took exceptional care of her during that time. She wishes for Ranvijay and Jaya to experience the same joy over the next nine months and prays that it strengthens their bond.
The doctor reveals that Jaya fainted due to low blood pressure and is not actually pregnant. Vasundara is bewildered, questioning how this could happen. The doctor explains that such episodes can occur due to stress, especially when one hasn’t eaten and is feeling pressured, and apologizes for the confusion. Jaya expresses her apologies to the doctor. Meanwhile, Vaiju reflects on her relationship with Ranvijay and advises Ragini. Ragini responds that without being married, Vaiju cannot truly understand the meaning of love, which makes Vaiju feel disheartened.
On their way back, Vasundara expresses her apologies to Jaya. Jaya tearfully acknowledges that it wasn’t intentional, mentioning that Ranvijay didn’t seem happy about the news and hadn’t accompanied them. Vasundara asks the driver to stop the car. Ranvijay contemplates Jaya. Vasundara offers counsel to Jaya, who confides that Ranvijay has changed and something feels off. Vasundara reassures her as his mother, insisting he wouldn’t hurt her. Jaya expresses her feelings of estrangement, and Vasundara encourages her to take the initiative to talk to Ranvijay and consider building a family, hoping to turn this news into reality. Meanwhile, Ranvijay grapples with feelings of guilt.
