The episode begins with Vaiju thinking about Ranvijay. Ranvijay approaches her and says, “You stood up for me.” She replies, “I just told the truth. You haven’t done anything that would bring your character into question. Whatever our relationship is, the truth remains that you only love Jaya and see me as your responsibility.” Vasundara joins them, saying, “A marriage should have love, trust, dedication, and respect. If any of these elements weaken, the relationship itself weakens. You accused Ranvijay without any proof, and that wasn’t right.” Kaveri, feeling guilty, says, “I’m ashamed of what I did.” Vasundara gently responds, “I’m not scolding you. I’m like your mother, so I’m just explaining it to you.” Kaveri nods, “I’ll be more careful from now on.” She then hugs Jaya and leaves. Vasundara turns to Jaya and says, “I always see you defending Ranvijay. I admire the trust you have in him. He’s fortunate to have a wife like you.” She hugs Jaya, who thanks her. Vaiju then adds, “If you can stand by me, I can certainly fulfill my duties. There’s no need to thank me.”
The next morning, Jaya brings a cup of kada for Ranvijay. He initially refuses to drink it but eventually gives in when she playfully insists. As she feeds him the kada, he remarks, “This is cheating.” She smiles and says, “Everything is fair in love and war.” He pulls her close, and they share a romantic moment. Meanwhile, Ragini ties Vaiju to a chair and insists that she drink the kada. Vaiju resists, shouting for help. Jaya, after kissing Ranvijay, steps out and finds Vaiju tied up. She asks why Vaiju is restrained. Arhaan explains, “She’s not feeling well and refuses to drink the kada.” Vaiju protests, “I’m not sick!” Jaya cleverly tricks her into saying a tongue twister, which Vaiju struggles to say. Jaya laughs and urges her to drink the kada. Vaiju complains that it’s too bitter, mentioning that she usually adds jaggery to it. Jaya apologizes and signals the others to proceed.
They forcibly make Vaiju drink the kada. Afterward, Vaiju, still grimacing from the bitter taste, says, “It was so bitter. Now let me go.” Jaya tells Arhaan to release her. They free Vaiju and quickly run away. Vaiju, looking at the empty glass, mutters, “I can’t believe I had to drink this.” Just then, Ranvijay arrives and says, “Let me add some honey to this kada.” He notices Vaiju washing utensils and insists, “You should be resting. Drink this kada; you’re unwell.” Vaiju tries to explain, “I already had a glass of kada. I was just washing the glass.” He sternly replies, “No excuses. Drink this kada.” Vaiju laughs, but Ranvijay remains serious. “Did I say something funny? Drink it, or I’ll get upset.” Vaiju reluctantly drinks the kada, thinking to herself that some things may seem bitter at first, like medicine, but eventually bring relief like a blessing. Ranvijay smiles and says, “Good girl.” Ragini and Jaya then join them. Ragini says, “You just drank kada again!” Vaiju protests, “I told him, but he didn’t listen.” Ranvijay admits, “I thought she was making an excuse.” Jaya teases, “So you don’t trust me? You think I wouldn’t make sure Vaiju drinks her kada? I care about her too; she’s our responsibility, and I won’t forget that.” Ranvijay agrees, “Yes, but she’s so stubborn, I thought…” Jaya interrupts with a grin, “Yes, we had to tie her up to make her drink it. But it’s amazing that she drank the kada so easily when you asked. What magic did you use?” Ragini jokes, “I know—she’s scared of Ranvijay.” They all laugh together.
The next morning, Vasundara tells Jaya, “I’ve arranged this Krishna puja for both of you. It’s a symbol of duty and justice.” Overhearing this, Vaiju retreats to her room and looks at the Bal Gopal idol. She tearfully reflects, “I know Ranvijay is hurting from everything he’s doing, yet he still cares for me. I respect him even more because of that.” She wipes her tears and goes out. Vasundara then asks her to deliver a necklace to Jaya. Vaiju goes to Jaya and Ranvijay’s room, where Jaya asks, “Shall we twin today?” Ranvijay enthusiastically agrees, “Great idea!” He begins selecting clothes for them to match. Vaiju enters and, somewhat hesitantly, says, “Sorry, Vasundara asked me to bring this jewelry for you.” Jaya thanks her, and Ranvijay notices Vaiju’s presence. Later, everyone gets ready for the puja. Vasundara hands the Bal Gopal idol to Jaya and asks her and Ranvijay to perform the aarti together. As they finish, Ranvijay passes the aarti to everyone, but suddenly, his stole catches fire. Vaiju shouts to warn him, and everyone turns in shock. Ranvijay quickly throws the stole aside, but his kurta also catches fire. Both Vaiju and Jaya rush to help him. He urges Jaya to stay back to avoid getting hurt, but Vaiju immediately acts and puts out the fire.
