The episode begins with Jaya receiving treatment. Ranvijay is seen crying. Kaveri arrives and scolds him. Vasundara says to Vaiju, “You won’t go there to see Jaya; it’s my command.” Vaiju prays silently. Ranvijay continues crying and praying for Jaya. He recalls their past moments together. The song Jo bheji thi dua plays in the background. Vaiju slaps herself and feels guilty. Kaveri sees everyone and scolds them. The doctor informs that Jaya’s condition is critical, with significant blood loss. Ranvijay says, “I will arrange for blood.” The doctor responds that Jaya’s blood type is O negative, which is rare. Vaiju comes to inquire about Jaya, but Kaveri slaps her, saying, “This happened because of you. Get out.” Sulekha says, “You came here against Vasundara’s orders. Listen to Kaveri.”
Ranvijay pleads for blood, and Rao Sahab suggests asking Kaveri about it. Kaveri says, “I’m O positive.” Vaiju insists, “I can donate blood.” Kaveri refuses, saying, “There’s no need. We’ll get blood from outside.” Vaiju says firmly, “Enough! You can vent your anger on me later, but Jaya needs blood, and she needs me. No one will stop me.” Ranvijay gives her a nod. Vaiju approaches Jaya, crying, and donates blood. Ragini takes care of Vaiju and goes to Ranvijay.
The doctor asks Jaya if she can hear them. Slowly, Jaya regains consciousness. Ragini tells Ranvijay to go check on Vaiju. Ranvijay hesitates, saying, “But I should be with Jaya now.” Rao Sahab and the others rush to Jaya’s side. He urges Ranvijay to go and meet her. Ranvijay enters the ward. Vaiju prays for Jaya’s recovery. Jaya looks at Ranvijay and recalls his words. The doctor says, “Her pulse is dropping. Everyone needs to leave and let her rest.” Ranvijay stays, saying, “You have no right to hurt yourself.” Jaya responds, “Why? Just you have the right to hurt me, don’t you?” The nurse asks everyone to leave so Jaya can rest. Ranvijay steps out.
Vaiju anxiously wonders how Jaya is. Ranvijay returns and tells her, “She is out of danger now.” Vaiju thanks him, saying, “You got to her in time; she’s alive because of you.” Ranvijay replies, “You saved her life by donating blood.” Vaiju humbly says, “I would have done anything for her.” He insists, “You should eat something.” She refuses. They argue, and he reminds her that college has started, and she’s worked hard for it. She asks him to leave. He suggests she eat some fruit. She insists that he eat it first, but he refuses. She leaves the plate aside, and they both eat the apple. Ranvijay tells her, “You can meet Jaya tomorrow.” He then leaves.
The next morning, Vasundara and the others visit Jaya. Kaveri says, “We’re enduring all this sorrow because of Ranvijay.” Vasundara responds, “Jaya, we’ll go home now.” Kaveri insists, “No way!” Jaya says, “I’m fine now.” Rao Sahab praises Ranvijay for bringing Jaya to the hospital in time. Ragini adds, “Vaiju also played a crucial role in saving her.” Jaya asks, “What did she do?” Rao Sahab explains, “You needed blood, and Vaiju came at the last moment to donate and saved your life.” Vasundara says, “Let’s talk about this later. Let Jaya rest.” Jaya reflects, “Why did you save me, Didi? I was trying to stay away from your way.”
